| The construction of characteristic rural areas is a unique new way to realize rural revit The construction of characteristic rural areas is a unique new way to realize rural revitalization in Jiangsu Province.Its construction focuses on "characteristics","rural areas" and "villages",and its specific task is to develop characteristic ecological industries and cultural industries.Shaping pastoral scenery,architectural scenery and living scenery;Build a beautiful,livable and vibrant Xinxiang village.This paper takes Gaochun District of Nanjing as the scope,selects seven characteristic rural demonstration sites as the research objects,and takes sustainable development theory,agricultural industrialization management theory,recreational belt around the city theory and tourist gaze theory as the theoretical basis.This paper sorts out the research situation of characteristic rural villages at home and abroad,defines the concepts of characteristic rural villages and rural tourism,and sorts out the construction stages of characteristic rural villages in Jiangsu Province by collecting and analyzing relevant documents and materials in Jiangsu Province.On this basis,it analyzes the construction background of characteristic rural villages in Gaochun and the conditions for developing characteristic rural villages in Gaochun District.Through the field investigation of characteristic rural villages in Gaochun,this paper summarizes the achievements of the construction of characteristic rural villages in Gaochun,and finds out the problems existing in the construction of characteristic rural villages,which are as follows: the development level of characteristic industries is not high;Cultural interests show homogenization;Rural tourism attractions are single and not attractive enough;Rural market management standards are not uniform,and farmers’ competitiveness is low;The rural market management mode is traditional and lacks vitality.In view of the above problems,combined with the actual situation,this paper further analyzes the causes of the problems: the characteristic industries lack dynamic planning and mutual integration;Cultural excavation is not comprehensive and thorough enough;Rural tourism attractions lack of creative development and publicity;Market access rules in rural areas are loose,lacking high-quality subjects;Villagers have conservative management concepts and insufficient use of talents.Therefore,Gaochun characteristic rural villages should concentrate on improving the development level of characteristic industries in the follow-up development;Through the all-round development of non-legacy culture,the homogenization of the utilization of characteristic culture will be broken;Give full play to the attraction of rural original beauty,and endow rural tourism attractions with the times;Further standardize the characteristic rural market;Constantly enrich the management mode of characteristic rural market.In the whole process of the development of Gaochun characteristic rural areas,we should take characteristic industries as the main line and characteristic culture as the core,build a new consumption market of characteristic rural areas which is rich in the characteristics of the times and closely follows the market demand,continuously enhance the vitality of characteristic rural areas and promote the sustainable development of characteristic rural areas.In the future,the construction pattern of rural villages with Gaochun characteristics will be more perfect,and the development results will benefit more villagers.. |
