Study On Seed Production Techniquues Of Tibetan Wild Elymus Nutans In Lhasa Valley

Shandong is a large agricultural province in China,and resource recycling in its rural areas has always been of great concern.With the rapid economic development and the increasing population,the problem of resource shortage has become more and more serious.Therefore,how to effectively recycle and utilize recycled resources has become an urgent issue.By studying the recycling of rural renewable resources,we can improve the utilization rate of resources,promote environmental protection,drive the development of rural economy,promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas,and achieve the goal of sustainable development.At the same time,it is a challenging and innovative research area that requires the cooperation and efforts of many parties to achieve positive results.Based on the theory of circular economy and the theory of recycling logistics,this paper analyzes the history and current situation of rural recycling in Linyi City by using hierarchical analysis and fuzzy comprehensive assessment method based on statistical information and data from field research,and then evaluates the rural recycling in Linyi City and identifies the possible rural recycling in Linyi City shows that Linyi City has gone through three stages: multiple construction,centralized construction and standardized construction,in which the resource recycling system has been gradually improved,the technical equipment has been updated and the management mode has become more standardized.Although certain results have been achieved,there are still many directions for expansion,which require the participation of the government,enterprises,social organizations and the public to actively promote the rural recycling work to a higher level.Using hierarchical analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,we found that the recycling of rural recycling resources in Linyi is at a medium level,with the government playing an important role in the recycling of rural recycling resources in Linyi,and the indicators ranked from highest to lowest are the implementation of preferential policies,legal protection mechanism and sound system.Market demand is another important factor driving the recycling of rural recycling resources,and the overall rural recycling network system,industrial chain and technological innovation are at a medium level;the social level is also an important part of the recycling of rural recycling resources,with public recognition and public participation exceeding the average and social publicity less than the average.In-depth investigation of the problems of rural recycling in Linyi from the government,market and society reveals that: at the government level,there is an imperfect legal system in the field of rural recycling resources and unclear authority and responsibility due to multiple management;at the market level,there is a low level of marketization,no industrial chain has been formed,insufficient interest driving force and a single source of funding;at the society level,there is a crossover between industry associations and specific species that makes industry management difficult and there are misconceptions about rural recycling resources among the public.Based on the above analysis,the conclusions are as follows:(1)Population loss and resource waste in rural areas are becoming increasingly serious.(2)Recycling of renewable resources has become the key to sustainable development in rural areas.(3)The resource recycling system is gradually improved,technical equipment is constantly updated,and the management model is more standardized.(4)Linyi City has established a relatively complete management system,but further strengthening of management is needed.Finally,this paper proposes countermeasures to promote the sustainable development of rural recycling in Linyi from the government,market and society levels: first,upgrade the government-led management mode,including the establishment of a legal guarantee mechanism for rural recycling resources with wide coverage,the establishment of a unified planning system for rural recycling resources management with clear authority and responsibility,and the introduction of an operational reward and punishment mechanism for rural recycling resources management;second,integrate the industrial chain by relying on core enterprises,including the construction of a rural recycling network system and the rational design of the industrial chain to achieve a comprehensive economic,social and environmental effect;third,integrate various forces of society,including the further promotion of public awareness and training.Relying on core enterprises to integrate the industrial chain,including building a network system of rural recycling resources,reasonably designing the industrial chain,and realizing the comprehensive effect of economy,society and environment;Third,integrating various social forces,strengthening the propaganda and training for the public,including further promoting the construction of industry associations,playing the role of industry associations,propagating and training farmers through various forms,stimulating their awareness of participation,and encouraging more volunteers to actively participate in the volunteer service of rural recycling.
