In enterprises,the scarcity of resources often leads to the conflict of resource competition,and the corresponding organizational political behavior will occur.However,organizational political perception will affect employees’ work attitudes and behaviors to varying degrees,including job engagement,job satisfaction,job anxiety,turnover intention,etc.,while there are few relevant studies on voice behavior.This study focuses on the impact of organizational political perception on voice behavior and its related mechanisms,which can help managers broaden their thinking and mitigate adverse effects.This study is based on the theory of social information processing.Organizational political perception,as an individual’s perception of the work environment,can affect the evaluation and judgment of the workplace atmosphere within the organization.When employees recognize the fairness of the organization and feel that the procedures are open and transparent,they are often more likely to make behaviors that benefit the organization’s internal environment.This study is based on the theory of social information processing,using psychological security as an intermediary variable and political skills as a moderating variable to explore the impact mechanism of organizational political perception on advocacy behavior.A total of 467 valid questionnaires were collected,and the respondents were mainly employees of enterprises.Through literature review and questionnaire survey,the impact mechanism between organizational political perception and psychological security,political skills,and voice behavior was deeply explored.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)the perception of organizational politics has a significant negative effect on the behavior of giving advice,that is,the higher the level of the perception of organizational politics,the more difficult the behavior of giving advice;(2)the perception of organizational politics has a negative effect on psychological safety;(3)there was a positive relationship between psychological safety and advice behavior.(4)psychological safety played a mediating role between organizational political perception and advice behavior(5)political skills play a moderating role between organizational political perception and psychological security.To sum up,this study explored the impact mechanism and boundary conditions of organizational political perception on employees’ voice behavior,enriched relevant theoretical research,provided theoretical basis and methodological suggestions for leaders to better create a good voice atmosphere in the organization,and looked forward to the future according to the research limitations.
