The Fundraising Ability Assessment And Countermeasures Researches Of Y Pharmaceutical Enterprises

With the continuous development of the market economy and the acceleration of the aging process,the "14th Five-Year Plan" should timely propose to promote the revitalization and development of traditional Chinese medicine,which is an important opportunity for the development of traditional Chinese medicine enterprises.In order to promote industrial modernization and maintain high-quality production efficiency,traditional Chinese medicine enterprises combine high-tech industrial production and development models to achieve high-quality development.The key point lies in stable funding sources and timely and full raising of the funds required for the combination of production factors.Business development is crucial.Therefore,it is of great significance to study and improve the financing ability of high-tech Chinese medicine enterprises.In view of this,this paper takes Y pharmaceutical company as the research object,firstly makes a brief introduction to Y pharmaceutical company,and then analyzes the current situation of financing through the data search method combined with Y pharmaceutical company’s financial statements and other related data,and finds that the proportion of debt to total assets in corporate financing There are five problems: too large,too high current liabilities,single financing channels,insufficient fund recovery capacity,and frequent equity pledges.The main reasons for the problem are five aspects:poor management,insufficient innovation and research and development capabilities,rising raw material prices,economic downturn and industry specificity.In the face of the current situation and the existing financing problems of the enterprise,it is imminent to improve the financing ability to help the company’s healthy development.Therefore,this paper uses the analysis results to identify and evaluate the financing ability.The models are constructed to evaluate the influencing factors of external policy environment,laws and regulations,financial environment and industry environment,as well as the influencing factors of internal solvency,profitability,operating ability and growth ability.The analysis and evaluation result is that the external problems of Y pharmaceutical company mainly come from the policy and the overall factors of the company,and the main factor affecting the change of the internal financing ability of the company is the solvency.According to the evaluation results,improvement measures are put forward;first,control the scale of liabilities and arrange the proportion reasonably;second,build diversified financing channels;third,set up a professional fund management team to improve the financing management system;fourth,accurately grasp the macro economy Use preferential policies to raise funds;fifth,strengthen investment in research and development,and attach importance to personnel training;sixth,maintain good bank-enterprise relations and maintain the stability of funding sources.
