| Amid the nationwide implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,China’s rural economy has witnessed a leap forward,accompanied by rural residents’ increased spending power.Moreover,with the popularity of the internet and the rise of e-commerce,China’s express delivery industry has seen rapid growth,which brings about changes in rural residents’ consumption patterns and a greater demand for express delivery and logistics.However,due to poor transportation facilities and imperfect urban-rural circulation system,the express delivery business is faced with challenges in remote rural areas,including long delivery distances,small quantities and high operating costs.As a result,the delivery services in these areas lag behind those in other parts and have limited coverage.Apart from the inconvenience caused to the livelihood and consumption of local rural residents,this undermines the consolidation of poverty alleviation efforts and hinders the implementation of rural revitalization.To address the predicament of express delivery and logistics in remote rural areas and promote express delivery into villages,this paper identifies and analyzes the status quo of express delivery and logistics in remote rural areas through survey research,reviews and summarizes its defects and dilemmas.Based on domestic and foreign research on rural logistics,joint distribution and end distribution,it draws on the theory of sharing economy and applies the theory of supply chain synergy to design the strategic,tactical and technical framework of the three-level logistics system of county,township and village in remote rural areas.On account of the shared logistics cooperation in joint distribution theory,it designs three joint distribution models applicable to different business environments,namely transfer distribution,express delivery enterprise alliances and third-party delivery.Shapley value is introduced to empirically analyze the profitsharing mechanisms of the cooperation models to verify their effectiveness.It then constructs the county express and logistics center nodes,township transit station nodes and village end nodes in the three-level logistics network of county,township and village,proposes to establish transport channels between county centers and township and village nodes by means of passenger transport and express delivery cooperation,postal and express delivery cooperation and third-party logistics transportation,and designs a joint distribution information system to support and manage all express delivery and logistics into villages.Finally,it makes recommendations on the objectives,progress and safeguards of the logistics scheme of express delivery into villages.In this paper,a logistics scheme of express delivery into villages is proposed to provide a reference for overcoming the difficulties of express delivery and logistics in remote rural areas,which is expected to contribute to the unimpeded two-way logistics channel in remote rural areas and the country’s rural revitalization strategy. |
