Research On The Financial Risks Of Asset-light Enterprises From The Perspective Of Working Capital Guarantee

Our country is in the transition period from high-speed development to high-quality development.At present,domestic intelligence,talent and capital resources have been greatly improved.Under this background,industrial upgrading and enterprise transformation have become an inevitable trend.Light assets business model is gradually favored by enterprises because of its advantages.More and more enterprises begin to learn light assets business model.However,the business model of light assets brings competitive advantages to enterprises because of the particularity of its asset structure,at the same time,it also has risks.From the perspective of working capital guarantee,this paper constructs the financial risk evaluation system of light assets company,and uses the method of entropy-Topsis to evaluate the financial risk of case company Metersbonwe.It finds that the financial risk of Metersbonwe company has increased year by year since 2012.After analyzing the evaluation results of each index of Metersbonwe company,it finds that there are the following risks in the company: inventory management.There are shortcomings,facing a higher debt risk,profitability and development ability are decreasing year by year.In view of the financial risks existing in Metersbonwe,this paper puts forward corresponding improvement suggestions: improving enterprise information construction,reasonably predicting market demand,controlling production scale,increasing support for franchise stores;determining reasonable debt scale,reasonably arranging debt structure,diversification of financing methods;strengthening product research and development investment,enhancing brand influence,and strengthening cooperation with e-commerce platform.
