The paper mainly studies the Internet consumer finance company’s marketing strategy existence questions and their optimization suggestions.They are mainly divided into the following four aspects: First,how the Internet consumer finance company reduces the cost of products;second,how the Internet consumer finance company optimizes the service of products;third,internet consumer finance company how to improve the company’s marketing system,enhance the company’s marketing efficiency,fourth,by the changes in marketing environment and the impact of enterprise market positioning,how to adjust the market segmentation strategy and the corresponding marketing strategy through the systematic process of Internet consumer finance company.The paper uses PEST model and Porter’s five-force model to analyze the current situation of M company’s marketing environment and the impact of M company’s marketing environment on the implementation of M company’s marketing strategy,combining the STP theory and the 4Ps marketing theory,this paper analyzes the present marketing situation of M company,and further analyzes the problems and reasons of the marketing strategy of M company,and sums up the optimized process and suggestions of the marketing strategy of M company,help M company to solve the marketing strategy problems.The paper optimizes M company marketing strategy from inside to outside.The conclusion of the paper is as follows: First,M Company can reduce credit cost and collection cost by increasing the proportion of high-quality fund source,adjust the cost of services to solve the problem of high product costs,and gradually establish the price advantage of products.Second,M company can use artificial intelligence technology,build AI customer service and artificial customer combination of customer service system,found User Experience Center,introduce service personnel,improve customer service system,build product service advantages.Third,M company can make full use of its own financial technology advantages,improve the member marketing system,channel management system,channel service system and content marketing construction,improve the marketing effectiveness of M company.Fourth,M company can adjust the original market segmentation strategy and marketing strategy according to the change of market environment and the adjustment of enterprise strategic positioning.
