| In recent decades,China’s insurance industry has achieved rapid development.Insurance agents,as the direct creators and implementors of economic benefits for insurance companies,are the most active factors that support insurance companies in market competition.Since 2020,due to the COVID-19,it has been serious that insurance agents losing.Therefore,it is a topic that we must study how to attract excellent insurance agents,cultivate and retain people,and mobilize the enthusiasm of insurance agents,which is also a practical issue that must be considered by the incentive mechanism of insurance companies.This thesis takes J Insurance Company H Branch as an example to analyze the current situation of the incentive mechanism of the insurance company.We conducted agent satisfaction surveys and interviews to identify the main problems in the incentive mechanism.Through further analysis,we identified the main reasons for the problems.Based on relevant incentive theories and the actual situation of insurance companies,optimization suggestions are proposed from the aspects of formulating differentiated salary systems,improving welfare protection standards,enriching career development paths,optimizing employee training systems,and strengthening the construction of psychological sense of belonging,in order to achieve the effect of optimizing the incentive mechanism for insurance agents and create greater benefits for J Insurance Company H Branch. |
