Study On The Development Of Pastoral Complex Tourism In Dengta Basin Of Heyuan City

The issue of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" has always been the fundamental issue of China’s development.The modernization of agricultural industry is related to the healthy development of China’s social economy and the vital life of the people.Agriculture and rural issues have always been the focus of concern and concern of the party and the government.The report of the 19 th CPC National Congress clearly put forward the strategy of rural revitalization,and took agricultural industrialization and Rural Revitalization as an important task of China’s socialist modernization and the realization of a well-off society in the new era.In 2017,the rural complex in China was first written to the Central Document No.1,and the notice was issued for pilot construction.Since then,the development and construction of the rural complex has become an important move in the strategy of Rural Revitalization in China.Taking the pastoral complex in the lighthouse basin of Heyuan City as the research object,this paper studies the tourism status of the pastoral complex in the lighthouse basin through literature research,empirical research and comparative research methods,analyzes and finds out the problems and causes in its development process,and provides solutions and Countermeasures for the tourism development of the pastoral complex.Firstly,the paper discusses the research background,purpose and significance,the research status and core concepts of pastoral complex at home and abroad,and finally takes the industrial integration theory and sustainable development theory as the research basis;Secondly,it mainly studies the era background,basic content and general development mode of pastoral complex;Thirdly,it focuses on the development status of pastoral complex in lighthouse basin of Heyuan City,analyzes its basic conditions,and systematically combs various endowment resources in the planning area.On this basis,it is pointed out that there are some problems in the tourism development of the pastoral complex in the lighthouse basin,such as imperfect policy guarantee,imperfect basic supporting design,low degree of integration of agricultural tourism industry,lack of characteristics of tourism resources and low degree of farmers’ participation.The main reasons for these problems are: low ideological awareness,backward policy planning,poor financing channels,insufficient supporting role of leading industries,insufficient exploration of cultural connotation The interests of enterprises and farmers are not closely related.By learning from the successful models of pastoral complexes in other regions and combined with the actual situation of pastoral complexes in lighthouse basin,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions for their tourism development:Further improve relevant policies and regulations,improve infrastructure through capital investment,vigorously develop leading industries,fully tap the characteristics of regional resources and effectively safeguard the interests of villagers.
