Transportation is vital to prosper our country and is elementary to strengthen the nation.The 14 th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of the People’s Republic of China and Outline of Long-range Objectives of 2035(hereinafter referred to as the outline)passed by The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee made clear statements to speed up the construction of our country with strong transportation network,and clearly put forward to build a safe,convenient,efficient,green,economic and modern comprehensive transportation system.The goal to basically complete the construction of our country with strong transportation network is to be achieved by 2035,and the operational length of urban rail transit will be expanded from 6,600 kilometers in2020 to 10,000 kilometers in 2025.As an important part in the construction of transportation network,rail transit enterprises must scientifically hold the positioning of being pioneer,clear the direction of comprehensive transportation,master the standard of benefit evaluation and insist the bottom line of safety development,focus to forge the strategic fulcrum of creating a new development pattern,achieving high-quality development systematically.For enterprises,corporate culture is the soul,the endogenous power to promote development,the key factor to win among competitions,and one of the key parts of modern enterprise management as well.Liking scientific management system,excellent enterprise culture plays an equally important role in promoting the realization of enterprise strategy,gathering employees’ support and arousing their enthusiasm.It is an important measure to build the spiritual home of employees,improve their professional quality and enhance the competitive strength of enterprises.As a municipal state-owned transportation enterprise,GZDT in its 30 years of development has formed a set of its own corporate culture.However,with the change of macro environment,further acceleration of technology updation and competitors continuously flocking in transportation sector,new challenges are approaching the development of GZDT.Only by taking advantage of the crisis and exploiting a new situation,can GZDT capture opportunities to rising when facing challenges.This paper firstly sorts out and summarizes the related theories of corporate culture,evaluation and diagnosis.Secondly,it qualitatively analyzes the status quo of culture construction of GZDT from material culture,spiritual culture,institutional culture and behavioral culture.Then,through OCAI scale and depth interviews with employee representatives,this paper makes quantitatively assess to corporate culture of GZDT,and points out its existing problems.Finally,it proposes countermeasures and measures in view of those problems to make enterprise culture of GZDT match well with the current status,industry trend and policy environment,hoping to enhance the core competitiveness,ensure the full implementation of strategies and promote the high-quality development of this enterprise.
