In the fierce market competition environmental, enterprises need to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises for survival and development. However, cultural competition is the highest stage of enterprise competition. The basis of enterprise culture is enterprise culture research diagnosis, meanwhile, the enterprise culture diagnosis has made the direction for enterprise culture construction and the improvement.The research object of this paper is the state-owned construction enterprises ZJQJ which has 64- year history. The first chapter introduces the research background and significance, thinking, method and framework, and elaborates the related theory of enterprise culture. The second chapter is based on analysis of sand for model analysis, the company's corporate culture, behavior and physical system layer, spirit, slice it, explore its corporate culture. The third chapter is based on an OCAI questionnaire analysis, based on the questionnaire data analysis, analysis, company's overall corporate culture; Respectively as a dominant trait, leadership, employee management, organization cohesive force, strategic focus, success criteria 6 factor analysis; Classified according to the actual company, as a different gender, working environment, age, educational background, fixed number of year of the clinical ladder level, job analysis. The fourth chapter puts forward Suggestions to improve corporate culture. The fifth chapter summarized and prospected. The current situation of the company culture sort for level specification > market performance flexible innovation team support; For market performance culture sort > level specification >team support> flexible innovation. The direction of enterprise culture improvement is more rely on the market orientation, weakening hierarchical culture, improve the atmosphere of innovation team.This paper aims to clear the current situation of company's corporate culture through diagnostic analysis the enterprise culture, quantification and indicate "expect" enterprise culture, in order to clear direction of the management improve, and provide the reference for the company decision-making, as well as to provide reference for the research of enterprise culture construction.
