With the deepening of high-quality development strategy,national macro-control policies and changes in customer demand,how to evaluate and optimize procurement performance has become an important issue for real estate enterprises to comply with the requirements of high-quality development.The production of real estate products needs to mobilize a large number and variety of resources.Procurement is the intermediate hub for real estate enterprises to promote the connection between production demand and raw material supply.There are many links in the procurement preparation of production resources,so we should pay attention to improving the procurement performance.W real estate company is a typical large-scale real estate enterprise.This thesis selects w real estate company as the research object.Through the use of literature analysis,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and other research methods,it constructs a scientific and effective evaluation model to measure and evaluate the procurement performance of W real estate company,On the other hand,it studies and discusses the dimension division,index selection,weight determination and evaluation measurement of W real estate company’s procurement performance evaluation index system,For large real estate companies procurement performance evaluation to provide a certain reference.This thesis focuses on W real estate company procurement performance analysis and promotion strategy research,first introduces the background,purpose and significance of this study,research status at home and abroad,as well as research content,research methods,technical route and so on.Then from the aspects of procurement,procurement management and procurement performance evaluation,this thesis expounds the basic connotation of related concepts,and introduces the theoretical basis of this thesis with a variety of related theories such as performance evaluation as the entry point.Then it introduces the development history,main business,procurement performance objectives,procurement mode of W real estate company.Then,through sorting out and forming the procurement performance evaluation index library,highlighting the basic reality that the research object is a large real estate enterprise,we invite the procurement performance related personnel of W real estate company to organize a semi open survey,summarize the consensus opinions of the relative direction,and use the methods of interview,questionnaire survey,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,etc,This thesis discusses the setting principles and the establishment of the evaluation index system of W real estate company’s procurement performance,and sets up four dimensions of "procurement efficiency,procurement quality,procurement cost and service management" at the criterion level,and introduces "procurement synergy rate" into the evaluation index system to analyze and evaluate the procurement performance of W real estate company,According to the evaluation results,the advantages and disadvantages of purchasing performance of W real estate company are analyzed.Compared with the index system dimension,this thesis analyzes the root causes of the procurement performance of W real estate company one by one,and puts forward the countermeasures to improve the procurement performance of W real estate company.
