| The outline of the national "14th Five-Year Plan" points out a key aim at promote the optimization and upgradation of manufacturing industry,including in-depth implementation of intelligent manufacturing and technological transformation.The OEM company JY Electronics is a typical manufacturing company,which experienced a rapidly developing period and a painful transition process,and at last successfully transformed into a highly competitive enterprises,It is very representative to choose such a company to investigate the formation path of its competitive advantages.Conducting such a research will benefit for the company in various aspects,including continuous optimization and upgradation,the in-depth implementation of intelligent manufacturing,as well as product innovation and service optimization in its specialized fields and markets.It will also benefit for promoting the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry.This thesis firstly elaborates the evolution of company capability theory,the meaning and the origins of company competitive advantages,the relationship between company capabilities and competitive advantages,and the evolution paths of company capabilities and competitive advantages.Then,a hypothetical model framework is constructed for the formation of competitive advantages of the OEM company JY Electronics,based on the integration of resources,collaborative innovation and dynamic capabilities of enterprise capabilities.There exists a maturity measurement scale of theoretical researches on resource integration,dynamic capabilities,and collaborative innovation.Based on this scale,we went through issue questionnaires,data collection,data analysis and model validation,so as to draw some conclusions on the formation path of the competitive advantages of OEM company JY Electronics.The research shows that the evolution path of competitive advantages of the OEM company JY Electronics is that the company re-allocate resources according to external needs and dynamically maintain company capabilities to match the changing external environment.The resource integration,collaborative innovation and dynamic ability of the OEM company JY Electronics are significantly positively correlated with its competitive advantages,and the resource integration and collaborative innovation of OEM company JY Electronics are also highly correlated with its dynamic capabilities.Combined with this conclusion,the following countermeasures are proposed for the formation of competitive advantages for OEM company JY Electronics.Firstly in-depth implementation of intelligent manufacturing and technological transformation,Secondly integrate resources according to corporate development goals.Thirdly the company should re-allocate resources according to external needs and dynamically maintain company capabilities to match the changing external environment.Finally form competitive advantage of enterprises through collaborative innovation. |
