Research On Income Distribution Of Game Theory Medical PPP Project Based On Cooperative

With the development of social economy and the increasingly close economic and trade exchanges between countries,people’s living standards continue to improve,the current infrastructure projects and public utilities projects cannot meet the needs of contemporary residents,and the more important medical resources are far from meeting the medical needs of contemporary residents.,the construction of the hospital project is urgent.Large-scale infrastructure projects such as hospital construction have the characteristics of large capital demand,long construction period,and a wide range of participants.The government has huge difficulties in facing these problems.Therefore,the government should seek long-term cooperation with social capital to jointly Development and construction of infrastructure projects.PPP(public private partnership)mode,that is,the cooperation mode between government and social capital,has been promoted and applied by governments in the field of infrastructure construction.This model can effectively share the financial pressure of the government and improve the efficiency of resource allocation.The problem of asymmetric access to public and private capital is not fully considered and urgently needed to be solved in order to achieve the balance of public and private interests.Therefore,this thesis explores the income distribution of PPP projects in the medical field.This thesis first introduces the development of PPP model,then discusses the current situation of medical PPP projects at home and abroad and the research status of income distribution of PPP projects,then discusses in detail the characteristics of PPP model and its relevant theoretical basis,and uses these research methods to analyze the stakeholders of medical projects in detail,and finally analyzes that the core stakeholders are government and social capital.Based on Shapley model,a special income distribution model for core stakeholders is constructed,four factors affecting income are added,and the original model is modified.Finally,taking the project of Ninghe Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine as an example,the rationality of the model is verified,and it is concluded that the cooperative construction project of both sides obtains more benefits than the separate construction project,and according to the income distribution model,social capital should obtain more benefits and ensure more reasonable income distribution.
