Research On The Optimization Of Business Environment Of Cities In Fujian Province

As the Chinese economy continues to grow,the importance of the business environment has become more and more obvious.The advantages and disadvantages of the business environment will affect the development of the region’s commercial economy in all aspects,and will also affect the various costs of business operations,government revenues,and local governments.People’s living standards have direct or indirect effects.A good business environment can often provide economic growth points,strengthen government attractiveness,and improve people’s living standards.This article first analyzes the development status of the business environment in Fujian Province,and compares it with Zhejiang and Guangdong provinces to understand in detail the characteristics of the business environment in Fujian Province,its unique advantages and restrictive factors.After that,by studying the index system of multiple references and combining with the characteristics of Fujian Province,the business environment evaluation system of Fujian Province was constructed,and quantitative analysis was carried out to find out the shortcomings of the business environment of each districted city,so as to explore the districts.The optimization plan of the city’s business environment.The results of the research are as follows: The score gap between the nine districts and cities in Fujian Province is obvious.They can be roughly divided into three echelons,the first echelon Fuzhou,Xiamen and Quanzhou,the second echelon Zhangzhou,Putian and Ningde,and the third echelon Longyan,Sanming and Nanping.The three cities of Fuxiaquan have higher scores,and almost all have higher scores under the first-level indicators;while other cities with districts have their own shortcomings.The main problems in the three cities of Fuxia and Spring are the high business costs and the low proportion of R&D investment compared with developed regions.The weakness of Zhangzhou,Putian,and Ningde is that Zhangzhou’s logistics network and quality of life rank low,Putian’s industrial water prices and housing prices are relatively high,Ningde’s per capita medical resources are relatively small,and residents’ income and consumption are relatively low.Putian ranks low on a number of scientific and educational strengths.Longyan,Sanming,and Nanping are located in mountainous areas with no ports,poor economic foundations,weak scientific and educational capabilities,and population exodus.In addition to business costs,economic foundations,and trade with Taiwan,Nanping ranks bottom in other indicators.The author suggests that Fujian Province should implement policies in accordance with the city to improve the business environment;increase investment in infrastructure construction;create an ecological environment for technological innovation;and strengthen exchanges and cooperation between parties across the strait.
