The Evaluation Of The Returned Student's Satisfaction With Entrepreneurial Institutional Environment Of Fujian Province

In recent years,the number of people studying abroad in China has a high degree of growth,as the development of China's modernization,as well as the increase of employment opportunities in city,most students abroad choose to go home for business.Consequently,in recent years most provinces and cities have adopted the new policy to attract returned students,which have become a hot competition for talent.At present attracting more returned students to start a business in Fujian has a great practical significance to promote Fujian's entrepreneurial activity and economic development.So evaluating Institutional entrepreneurship environment to improve the region's entrepreneurship environment is the main purpose of this study.In this paper,we decide to adopt country institutional profiles proposed by Kostova to evaluate the Institutional Environment of Fujian,because the research into Institutional Environment has more operability than entrepreneurship environment. This paper also introduce the concepts of customer satisfaction for the first time to study entrepreneurship,it rates the students returned to start business in Fujian Province as customers,and the entrepreneurship Institutional Environment as a special kind of goods or services provided by Fujian government which is the main idea of this paper.Finally,this paper presents a satisfaction evaluation model to entrepreneurial Institutional environment in Fujian province for returned students,as well as the evaluation index system.We use the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the satisfaction with entrepreneurial Institutional environment in Fuzhou and Xiamen.The results show that entrepreneurs around the Fujian are basically satisfied, with Xiamen relatively high degree of satisfaction.We also need further efforts and work to improve the entrepreneurial institutional environment in order to find the weaknesses of the entrepreneurial institutional environment in Fujian Province.In this paper,we have made in depth analysis to the results of satisfaction,also propose the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
