Research On The Evaluation Of High-Quality Development Of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Tourism Industry From The Perspective Of Structure

The high-quality development of the tourism industry is an inevitable requirement for improving quality and efficiency in the new era,and also a strategic goal of the supply side reform of the tourism industry.With the rapid development of the economy and society,the contradiction between the increasingly diverse and personalized consumption needs of the people and the uneven and insufficient development of the tourism industry is becoming increasingly prominent.Therefore,the tourism industry urgently needs to optimize its structure,alleviate structural contradictions in tourism,and promote high-quality development of the tourism industry.The optimization of the tourism industry structure is not only an inevitable consequence of high-quality development of the tourism industry,but also a key measure to promote high-quality development of the tourism industry.Conducting research on high-quality development of the tourism industry from a structural perspective has important practical significance.Firstly,based on the concepts of high-quality development of the tourism industry and optimization of the tourism industry structure,a theoretical model for high-quality development of the tourism industry from a structural perspective was constructed.By reviewing relevant literature on the high-quality development and structure of the tourism industry both domestically and internationally,we aim to construct a system that includes two dimensions: process high-quality development and result high-quality development.The innovation,coordination,greenness,openness,sharing,structural scaling,structural rationalization,the quantity of structural upgrading,and the quality of structural upgrading of the tourism industry should be included The evaluation index system for high-quality development of the tourism industry from the perspective of ten secondary indicators of structural efficiency level.Secondly,the quadratic weighted PCA-EM model was used to measure the level of high-quality development of the tourism industry from the perspective of the Beijing Tianjin Hebei structure from 2000 to 2019.The results showed that the high-quality development level of the tourism industry in the three provinces and cities of Beijing Tianjin Hebei showed an overall upward trend,showing a distribution characteristic of Beijing>Tianjin>Hebei;The synergy model and center of gravity model were used to analyze the synergy and spatiotemporal dynamics of the high-quality development level of the tourism industry.The results showed that the Beijing Tianjin Hebei tourism industry composite system is in an uncoordinated state,but the synergy tends to stabilize,and the overall development focus is shifting towards the northeast.Once again,a panel model was used to analyze the influencing factors of high-quality development of the tourism industry from the perspective of the Beijing Tianjin Hebei structure.The results showed that eight influencing factors,namely human resources,human resource quality,potential tourism demand,core tourism demand,development tourism demand,economic development level,policy support,and technological innovation level,have varying degrees of positive promoting effects on the high-quality development of the tourism industry,Jointly promoting high-quality development of the tourism industry through different functional routes.Finally,based on the evaluation results and analysis of influencing factors,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to promote the high-quality development of the tourism industry in Beijing Tianjin Hebei from five aspects: tourism product structure,tourism talent structure,tourism department structure,tourism supply and demand structure,and tourism regional structure.
