An Optimization Study Of The Leisure Trourism Industry Belt Round Beijing& Tianjin In Hebei Province

With the rapid development of China's economy and people's continued growth in travel demand, leisure tourism has become a new highlight in tourism consumption and new fashion in tourism development, its speed and scale is an important component both in Hebei Province, the country, and even in the whole world. In this paper, the leisure tourism industry belt around Beijing& Tianjin in Hebei Province was regarded as the studying object. The paper comprehensively analysed its development status, classified the regions in the industry belt with their tourism competitiveness, and proposed the optimal strategies. Its purpose was to upgrade the strength of the whole industry belt and provided theoretical guidance for the industry belt's sustainable development and the achievement of the leapfroging development in Hebei Province.First of all, the paper analysed the background, significance, summary, contents and methods of the research, and summarized related concepts and the basic theories in order to provide a background about theories and methods for latter research.Secondly, the paper described the overview of the leisure tourism industry belt around Beijing& Tianjin in Hebei Province from the administrative division, geographical location and population, at the same time analysed the development status of the industry belt from spatial relationship, tourism transportation, resources, products, enterprises and the tourism markets, and proposed the problems.Thirdly, the paper selected 30 indexes and made an evaluation index system of the tourism industry competitiveness on the basic of the theory of the industrial competitiveness, also, the paper classified the regions in the industry belt according to the results of the factor analysis using cluster analysis method.Finally, the paper proposed the optimal strategies from the choice of the spatial structure model, the improvement of the tourism infrastructure, the optimization of the tourism products system, the strengthening of the regional tourism cooperation, the increasing of the tourism promotion efforts, and the improvement of the tourism support facilities.This paper made a multidimensional research for the leisure tourism industry belt round Beijing& Tianjin in Hebei Province using the combining of literature method, quantitative and qualitative analysis method. It provided a new idea for the development of leisure tourism in Hebei Province.
