| Recently we have seen global supply chain meeting the unprecedented challenges.On the one hand,under the current Covid-19 normality,the Covid-19 has been under control but has not been eliminated yet,the positive cases always show up off and on in some areas.Therefore,the supply delay and supply disruption happen very frequently.On the other hand,due to the scarcity of the raw materials,components and labor,as well as the surging international freight fee.The purchasing cost has incrementally increased.As the word factory,suppliers in China have received too many orders from oversees,the supply pressure for Chinese suppliers also reached highest level in the history record.F company is a wholesaler of agricultural machinery parts headquartered in Germany.Its suppliers are mainly from Europe,India,Turkey and China.And about 2/3 purchasing volume from China.Under this circumstance,to control the purchasing cost and cut down the lead time of suppliers are the top priority for F wholesaler as this very moment.In order to solve the problems of F wholesaler,this paper mainly through interviews with the head of relevant departments to find current purchasing problems and detect the reasons of current problems.And with AHP method and a mixed integer programming model,to find the suitable supplier with required lead time and to lower down the purchasing cost.And in following,improve the relevant purchasing procedures and update the system to guarantee of the scheme into real action,to ensure F wholesaler could find the suitable supplier and minimize the purchasing cost to lowest.Therefore,F wholesaler could still maintain the essential business activity and strengthen market competitiveness. |
