GZD Project "Internet +" Property Management Model Research

Under the background of "Internet plus",information technology is gradually integrated into people’s lives,and the service industry is gradually affected in the process of development.At the same time,people’s requirements for services are also increasing,with new dynamic requirements,and more intelligent and information-based service methods.Due to the rapid development of the real estate business at home and abroad,and the property management industry has also seized this opportunity to enter a period of rapid development,its scale,service personnel and other aspects show a good development trend,and the status of China’s property management has been substantially improved compared to the previous.Since the birth and development of Internet technology,people have abandoned the traditional backward way of thinking,and these technologies can provide people with the information they need in a short time,and combine "online" and "offline" services,forming a new type of consumer market.The integration of the Internet and property makes people’s lives easier and more convenient,allowing them to choose their own lifestyles and improve their quality of life in a short period of time,while also allowing them to actively and freely participate in community discussions.It can be seen that with the help of the emerging Internet technology,the level of domestic property management services can be optimized and improved,which not only creates a certain economic value,but also has far-reaching practical significance.This research focuses on the GZD project,deeply analyzes and explores the defects and deficiencies in the current property management of the project,and conducts multidimensional analysis and research on the new property management model in combination with Internet thinking and technology.First of all,this study uses case analysis and literature research methods to conduct in-depth analysis and exploration of the current development of property management at home and abroad,and on this basis,the relevant theories of property management are analyzed and combed in depth;Secondly,a comprehensive overview of the current development of property management in GZD project is given,and the existing problems are deeply analyzed and investigated in the form of questionnaires.The analysis problems mainly include single property service business,low management information level and high property service fees.Based on the above issues,income research is conducted,and the following reasons are obtained: insufficient property innovation,lack of information management software,opaque property service fees,etc.Then,on the basis of introducing the new model of "Internet plus" property management,this paper analyzes the necessity of "Internet plus" property management innovation in ZD project,explores the feasibility of "Internet plus" property management innovation in GZD project,and builds a scientific and feasible new property management framework on this basis,while studying its management path,management methods,management structure and other contents.Based on the above analysis,this paper proposes the promotion strategies and implementation measures for the innovation of the property management model of "Internet plus" of GZD project,including enriching the property management service business,improving the informatization level of property management,and creating a co management mode between residents and property companies.Finally,the effectiveness evaluation and safeguard measures are proposed for the improvement plan and implementation.On the basis of reasonable integration of Internet thinking and technology optimization of property management mode,this study fully combines theory and practice to comprehensively promote the improvement of property management level and strengthen property service ability.This study aims to provide some help for property companies to start empowering upgrades with the help of Internet technology,to clarify the actual needs of customers,to reduce costs and risks in the service process,and to provide customers with high-quality products and services with the help of big data,to occupy a place in the market competition and to achieve the goal of maximizing benefits as soon as possible.
