In recent years,the consumption demand of domestic theme parks is growing day In recent years,the consumption demand of domestic theme parks is growing day by day,and theme parks around the country are rising rapidly,attracting many investors.The competition in the industry market is becoming increasingly fierce,but also faced with homogenization,price war and other issues.Since 2020,the COVID-19 epidemic has had a certain impact on social consumption,the operation of theme parks has also been impacted,and market competition has further intensified.Only theme parks with strong competitiveness can develop smoothly.This paper focuses on the marketing strategy of TG theme park,and puts forward the existing problems of TG theme park through the analysis of the industry business environment and the current situation of the product portfolio.According to the 4I theory,the questionnaire was designed to find out the specific problems in the company’s marketing strategy.Through regression analysis,it was verified that the 4I theory in the theme park industry had a significant positive impact on consumer orientation.Then,according to the 4I theory,put forward optimization suggestions on the marketing strategy of TG theme park.1.Improve marketing interest: increase the entertainment of marketing channels,increase the setting of game scenes in the park,and enhance the sensory appeal of the park.2.Meet the marketing benefits: do a good job of differentiated flexible pricing,form a real-time pricing mechanism,and strengthen consumers’ perception of marketing value.3.Strengthen marketing interaction: increase parent-child interaction experience and featured activities,optimize product configuration,and provide customer information feedback platform;4.Improve marketing personalization: Personalize the park’s promotion plan to meet consumers’ differentiated needs.5.In terms of service strategy optimization,we should pay attention to the overall improvement of service quality,launch service work in a more innovative way,and enhance the supporting role of marketing personnel.Finally,it analyzes the objectives,process and difficulties of the marketing optimization strategy.
