Research On The Evaluation Of The Healthy City Construction Level Of Qingdao Based On The Entropy Weight Method Cloud Model

Urbanization has brought about continuous improvement of human living conditions and more convenient life,but problems such as traffic jams,environmental pollution,housing shortage,high unemployment rate and urban diseases have also emerged.The world health organization puts forward the concept of "healthy city" to solve the problem of "urban disease" brought about by urbanization,and then implements the "Healthy City Project" in the international scope.How to build a scientific,reasonable and targeted index system to evaluate the construction of a healthy city is very important.Based on the reference of "healthy China 2030" planning outline and the existing evaluation index system of healthy cities at home and abroad,this paper first summarizes the concept and concept of healthy cities at home and abroad,and then puts forward its own understanding of healthy cities.According to the actual development and construction of healthy cities in Qingdao,24 initial indicators are selected by reading literature and expert consultation.Through the questionnaire and the analysis of the results,20 evaluation indexes which have a greater impact on the healthy city are determined,so as to build an evaluation index system of the healthy city construction level,which includes five dimensions of healthy environment,healthy people,healthy society,health service and health industry,and based on the entropy weight The evaluation model of healthy city construction based on method cloud model gives the algorithm simulation that depicts the evaluation mean of each index and the digital characteristics of cloud model,and then makes an empirical study on the healthy city construction of Qingdao,including: Dynamic Evaluation on the development andconstruction level of healthy city of Qingdao in 2008-2017,7 healthy city demonstration cities of Qingdao and sub provincial cities Comparative evaluation.The results show that:(1)the overall level of healthy city construction in Qingdao is on the rise.From various dimensions,the level of healthy people,health services,health society and health industry in Qingdao has been improved,but the level of healthy environment construction still needs to be improved.(2)In 2017,the construction level of healthy cities in Qingdao took a leading position in 8 cities,which is worthy of affirmation.8 cities have their own advantages and disadvantages in the construction of healthy cities,but the analysis of comparative evaluation results still shows that the level of healthy environment in Qingdao is relatively low.In view of the deficiencies in the construction process of Qingdao healthy city,on the basis of summing up the practical construction experience of domestic and foreign healthy cities,this paper respectively puts forward suggestions and Countermeasures in five dimensions of healthy environment,healthy people,healthy society,health service and health industry to provide reference for relevant departments.
