The Research On Spatial Distribution And Evolution Characteristics Of Logistics Industry In Liaoning Province

The logistics industry is an important driving force of economic expansion and plays a basic supporting role for social development.For proposing feasible recommendations for the development of the logistics industry in Liaoning Province,the research on the logistics industry in Liaoning Province discusses the spatial distribution characteristics of the logistics industry,exploring the influencing factors which affect the spatial distribution of the logistics industry,and analyzing the spatial evolution characteristics of the logistics industry in Liaoning Province,which is great importance for the reasonable distribution of logistics resources and the realization of coordinated zonal development.On the basis of summarizing the relevant theories and reviewing the previous studies,this study firstly analyzes the overall development of logistics industry in Liaoning Province in Chapter 3,and briefly summarizes the current development status and problems of logistics node cities in the province(Shenyang,Dalian and Yingkou).Then,in Chapter 4,the distribution characteristics of logistics industry are depicted based on the distribution characteristics of important logistics parks,A-class logistics enterprises and express outlets in Liaoning Province,and the main factors influencing the spatial distribution characteristics of logistics industry in Liaoning Province are further explored.Finally,in Chapter 5,the spatial evolution characteristics of logistics industry and the influence of such evolution characteristics are explored by measuring the spatial and temporal changes of logistics industry concentration in Liaoning Province.The research results as follows:(1)As for the development profile of logistics industry in Liaoning Province.The logistics infrastructure is basically perfect,the service capacity and competitiveness of the logistics industry still need to be improved,the information construction of the logistics industry still has much room for progress,and the policy environment needs to be further improved.(2)Spatial distribution features of logistics industry in Liaoning Province.The logistics industry has fulfilled industrial agglomeration in Shenyang Economic Zone and Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone,among which Shenyang,Dalian and Yingkou have a higher degree of logistics industry agglomeration.Transportation Infrastructure,economic terms,population and government policies are the main elements which affect the spatial distribution of logistics industry.(3)Spatial evolution of logistics industry in Liaoning Province.The degree of agglomeration of the overall logistics industry in Liaoning Province shows an obvious trend of strengthening and realizes the development pattern from multi-point agglomeration to doublecore agglomeration.The logistics industrial agglomeration trend has changed from clustering in Liaoning-central area centered on Yingkou to clustering in Shenyang area.This evolutionary trend helps the economic development of Shenyang,but has a negative impact on the economic development of seven cities around Shenyang.Based on the current situation of spatial distribution and spatial evolution trend of logistics industry in Liaoning Province,suggestions for developing logistics industry in Liaoning Province are put forward: Increase the investment in logistics industry in the cities around Shenyang,give appropriate policy support to local logistics enterprises and promote the development of local logistics enterprises.Appropriate incentive policies are introduced to encourage logistics enterprises in Shenyang,Dalian and Yingkou to participate in the assessment of A-class logistics enterprises.To achieve benign interaction in the logistics industry,strengthen intergovernmental coordination,optimize the industrial layout,and encourage cross-regional cooperation among logistics enterprises.This study considers the scale differences among logistics nodes and analyzes the spatial distribution characteristics of three types of logistics nodes,namely,logistics parks,A-class logistics enterprises and express delivery outlets,respectively.To make the study of spatial evolution of logistics industry more refined,the study takes into account the inter-regional interaction and combine the industrial agglomeration degree measurement method and the spatial analysis method.This study fills the research gap related to the logistics industry in Liaoning Province,and has certain theoretical and practical significance for facilitating the healthy development of logistics industry in Liaoning Province.
