| Promoting the high-quality development of urbanization is the only way for the country to achieve basic modernization,which determines the future of China’s urbanization development and affects the quality of urbanization development in the world.In the new era,China’s economy is changing from a stage of rapid growth to a stage of high-quality development,and the development of urbanization is also in a critical transition period from low-quality development to high-quality development.The Central Working Conference on urbanization and the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Party have successively put forward directions for achieving both quantitative and qualitative urbanization development.In recent years,while the scale of urbanization in Henan Province has increased rapidly,the level of urbanization in the province has not improved simultaneously,and social problems such as unevenness and disharmony have become more prominent.The research idea of this paper is to construct an evaluation model of high-quality urbanization development based on literature combing and theoretical research,to carry out spatial and temporal analysis,coordination evaluation and obstacle factor diagnosis of high-quality urbanization development in Henan Province;to analyse the dynamics mechanism of high-quality urbanization system in Henan Province,to construct a simulation model of high-quality urbanization system in Henan Province using system dynamics method,to determine the best The study also identifies the best way to improve the quality development of urbanization in Henan Province and gives suggestions for improvement.The specific research contents and conclusions are as follows.(1)Sorting out national policies and analysing the current situation of urbanization development to draw out the background and significance of the study;summarising the research results;clarifying the relevant concepts of urbanization,high-quality development and high-quality urbanization;clarifying the theoretical basis of the study.(2)Based on the connotation and actual situation of high-quality urbanization development,a preliminary index system for high-quality urbanization development is drawn up,which is optimised by using coefficient of variation and multicollinearity.The final index system consists of four dimensions and 39 specific measurable indicators: green development urbanization,vibrant development urbanization,livable construction urbanization and humanistic construction urbanization.(3)To establish an Entropy-TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation model to measure the high quality development level of urbanization in Henan Province.Through the spatial and temporal evolution analysis,it can be seen that the ranking of the development level of each sub-system of Henan Province’s urbanization is in the order of green development,dynamic development,humanistic construction and livable construction,with an overall fluctuating upward trend;the spatial distribution shows a "concentric circle" development pattern,with the "inner circle The spatial distribution shows a "concentric circle" development pattern,with the "inner circle" cities generally having a higher level of development than the "outer circle",and the regional integration of Zheng-Luo,Zheng-Jiao and Zheng-Xin being closely linked,while Sanmenxia-Nanyang-Xinyang-Zhumadian forms a development lagging belt.(4)Using the coupling coordination model,the analysis concludes that the overall coupling coordination degree in Henan Province has been steadily increasing,with significant differences among cities in the province;all the province entered the primary coordination stage in 2018,with Zhengzhou taking the lead in reaching the quality coordination level.By improving the barrier degree model,the analysis concludes that livability construction is the best development;the humanities construction dimension is the primary barrier factor affecting the high-quality development of urbanization in Henan Province,reflecting that the humanities construction aspect has become the shortcoming that restricts the high-quality development of urbanization in Henan Province.(5)Based on the system dynamics method,the system dynamics mechanism is analysed,the system boundary is determined,the system cause-effect diagram and flow diagram are drawn,and an effective simulation model of the high quality system of urbanization in Henan Province is established.The four path options of economic benefits,social benefits,ecological benefits and coordination and integration are designed,and the dynamic development trends of different options are simulated,finally determining that the coordination and integration-oriented type is the best way to enhance the high-quality development of urbanization in Henan Province at this stage.(6)According to the coordination and integration-oriented enhancement needs,combined with the coordination and obstacle factors of the high-quality development of urbanization in Henan Province,corresponding to the connotation of high-quality development of urbanization,four requirements and eight suggestions are given to clarify ecological functions,cultivate pillar industries,optimise spatial structure and explore cultural elements respectively,in order to promote the high-quality development of urbanization in Henan Province.The research contributions of this paper are as follows.(1)The connotation of high-quality development of urbanization is clarified,and the influence of the humanities construction dimension on the high-quality development of urbanization is taken into account when constructing the index system,and optimized using the coefficient of variation method and the multiple covariance test method.(2)Using the Entropy-Weight-TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation method,the level of high-quality development of urbanization in Henan Province was evaluated;using the coupled coordination model,the coordination of high-quality development of urbanization in Henan Province was analysed;an improved barrier degree model was established to clarify the main barriers to high-quality development of urbanization in Henan Province.(3)A simulation model of the dynamics of urbanization high quality system is constructed.The dynamic change trend of Henan Province’s high quality urbanization under four scenarios was simulated;using empirical and comparative analysis methods,the optimal enhancement path at the current stage was clarified. |
