Insurance is one of the important components of modern financial system.Along with the enhancement of Chinese residents’ insurance consciousness and the construction of marketization insurance system,insurance has gradually become an important guarantee of Chinese economy.As a financial service industry,the insurance industry’s claim settlement service level is an important basis for credit rating,but also an important factor determining customer reputation.Good claims settlement service can enhance brand awareness,enhance customer loyalty,so as to bring more business to the company to promote business development.With the continuous development of the insurance industry,the application of science and technology in the insurance industry continues to enhance its breadth and depth.The efficiency of better services brought by traditional insurance companies relying on more outlets and more claims adjusters is weakening,which also brings a great burden of human cost to traditional insurance institutions.Insurance enterprises New insurance institutions constantly improve the level of science and technology,reduce labor costs,attract the same outstanding personnel with high salary and good career development prospects,which greatly increases the dimission rate of traditional insurance enterprises.At the same time,some problems exposed in the aspect of human resources management directly affect the satisfaction of employees in the claim settlement enterprise,weaken the enthusiasm of employees and the sense of identity of the enterprise itself to a certain extent,and reduce the work efficiency and service quality.Thedirefore,to improve the satisfaction of claims settlement employees,stimulate their enthusiasm for work,encourage employees to devote themselves to their work with a good mental outlook and high morale,and increase the economic benefits of the enterprise,has become a key issue to be solved urgently for state-owned insurance companies to stabilize people and improve their core competitiveness.By combing and summarizing relevant domestic and foreign literature,this paper investigated and analyzed the status quo of claim adjustability satisfaction of Shijiazhuang Branch of R State-owned Property Insurance Company by means of interview and questionnaire survey.According to the survey,the claim adjuster’s satisfaction is at a medium level.Among the five dimensions of the questionnaire,the mean value of salary and welfare index is the lowest,and employee satisfaction is the lowest.The second is the work itself,employee evaluation and promotion.In terms of specific aspects under each dimension,compared with similar employees in similar enterprises,the salary index of fair remuneration,suitable work intensity and sense of achievement,reasonable change and challenging work content,full and reasonable promotion opportunities in work are lower,and the satisfaction is poor.It can be seen from the open questions that employees pay more attention to salary level,welfare treatment,reward and incentive,assessment and promotion,staff training and so on.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward specific measures in the salary system,staff career planning,staff training and other aspects.This study puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions to improve the satisfaction of claims adjuster in Shijiazhuang Branch of R state-owned property Insurance Company,and also provides important reference value for similar enterprises to improve human-enterprise relationship and optimize human resource management. |
