In recent years,the national poverty alleviation and rural revitalization strategies have been continuously promoted.Banks,as an important part of the financial market,It is an important guarantee to help win the battle against poverty and support rural revitalization,have further highlighted the role of the real economy,and banks have also shown unprecedented attention to the rural market.Thanks to the advantages and characteristics of the wide coverage of outlets and the large number of employees,rural areas have always been the traditional advantageous positions of rural cooperative institutions.However,affected by the rapid development of Internet finance and the sinking of other commercial banking services,the rural market is constantly being nibbled and eroded,Various disadvantages are constantly exposed,how to deal with the complexity of the environment and the fierce competition is a problem that the rural cooperative institutions must face.This article takes Min county Rural Commercial Bank as the research object,and mainly studies its competitive strategy.This article starts with the analysis of the competitive environment of Min county Rural Commercial Bank,using PEST analysis method,Porter's five forces model and other tools to conduct a multi-dimensional analysis of the macro,industry and internal environment it faces,while using SWOT analysis to get Min county Rural Commercial Bank has the advantages of a large number of branches and personnel,a high degree of independent operation,a clear market positioning and a good mass base.It has the disadvantages of small scale of operation,single product,weak innovation ability,and severe risk prevention situation.We are faced with opportunities such as the improvement of the "three rural" policies,the continuous improvement of the guarantee system,and the acceleration of the construction of the credit system,but we must also deal with the threats of hollowing out rural areas,marketization of interest rates,and intensified competition.On this basis,according to the comparative analysis method and the expert scoring method,it is concluded that Min county Rural Commercial Bank should choose a differentiated strategy,make full use of its comparative advantages of wide network distribution and large number of personnel,and achieve a foothold in the county,adapt measures to local conditions and different people.It provides financial services and is different from other competitors in the industry in four aspects: market positioning,products,services,and brand building.At the same time,it improves strategic flexibility,optimizes departmental allocation,improves salary system,innovates incentive methods,and increases bad disposal,Strengthening the allocation of funds and other six aspects to carry out strategic risk control.Finally,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the differentiation strategy,this article proposes to strengthen guarantees in terms of organizational structure,human resources,information technology,and operation management to promote the steady and sound development of Min county Rural Commercial Bank.
