In the time of knowledge economy, the knowledge has been a key drive of the productiveforces, the competitive power as well as economic growth. The successful enterprises hasbeen placed a premium on knowledge workers as a knowledge carrier. As the competitionamong enterprises, knowledge creation, use and value-added, and rational allocation ofproduction factors, it will have to rely on knowledge employees. While the value ofknowledge workers does not totally lie on their knowledge and competency, to some extent, itdepends on their efforts. So it is necessary to establish a mechanism of competition for theknowledge workers offered their knowledge and skill voluntarily in order to realize thecollective goal.On the basis of analysis in knowledge workers psychology to establish incentive andrestraint mechanisms is the way to solve the problem that employee was bodily but notmentally present. First, Through analyzing the data of many knowledge workers'questionnaire by SPSS, (Psychological contract by empirical study shows that their contract'scharacters of knowledge workers in corporation is development-oriented in personalrelationship. secondly, Combining qualitative and quantitative analysis, the paper bringsforward the fundamental idea of how to establish effective psychological contract quiteefficiently. Finally, this paper uses a motivation model of knowledge workers from three partsof psychological contract that is the building, the remaining and the rebuilding ofpsychological contract to lay down related incentive mechanism found on initiating structureof psychological contract of knowledge workers .
