With the arrival of knowledge-based economy, science and technology and the development of it industry is developing rapidly, and the international competition is becoming increasingly fierce, to bring enterprise unprecedented great opportunities and challenges, the competition between the enterprises has translated into the knowledge and ability of the competition, but also talent competition. Enterprises in the opportunity and the crisis coexist, the knowledge economy under market environment for the development of health, the key is have a knowledge and ability, but the innovation, the high efficiency of knowledge core knowledge staff team. Through the incentive mechanism of the maximum efficiency, is the enterprise keep the core competitiveness of the key. At present, the enterprise of knowledge employee gradually realized the importance of effective incentive, and combined with the characteristics of the enterprise itself set up incentive mechanism, but some of the enterprise knowledge staff incentive still has many problems.This article from the Angle of the psychological contract, with knowledge staff theory, incentive theory and the psychological contract theory as a foundation, through the questionnaire survey and depth interview, way, to DL company knowledge staff incentive mechanism research situation analysis, found the company DL knowledge staff of incentive mechanism has the following questions:1, relying too much on salary welfare incentive2, lack of innovation organization culture motivation3,"row information concerning generation" phenomenon seriously and training low level4, career management lag.Based on the psychological contract theory model for solving the DL company incentive mechanism existent problem, puts forward the DL company the psychological contract incentive model. This model into introduce talents the psychological contract model, sustain the psychological contract model and prevent talent drain the psychological contract model and so on three modules. Three modules and cooperate with each other, so that the company knowledge staff always keep a virtuous circle of the incentive condition. According to the model of incentive mechanism of DL company from work motivation, pay and performance incentives, training and development, strengthen incentive organizational culture motivation, communication incentive puts forward the DL company to improve the incentive mechanism of countermeasures and advice.
