Investigation And Research On Economic Development Of Ecological Migration Village

Ecological immigration villages are generated based on ecological immigration policies,which concentrate the impoverished population living in ecologically fragile areas in new immigrant villages with better conditions.They have dual significance in ecological protection and poverty alleviation development.The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has been implementing the ecological migration project since 2000,resulting in the first batch of new ecological migration villages,including Malaqin Village in Bairin Right Banner.Since its establishment,Malaqin Village has gone through a 22 year development process,and its resource endowment,population composition,and economic structure have also undergone significant changes.There are many problems such as shortage of natural resources,population loss and aging,and weak economic foundation.In the process of implementing the rural revitalization strategy and promoting the integrated development of urban and rural areas,Malaqin Village should seriously consider and study a series of issues,such as how to seize the opportunity,give full play to its own advantages and effectively use its prior resources,promote rapid economic development,and achieve common prosperity.Based on this,this study obtained first-hand information through household interviews,questionnaire surveys,and participation in observations in Malaqin Village,fully understanding the establishment process,development process,and basic characteristics of Malaqin Village,and systematically investigating the economic development status of Malaqin Village.Conduct in-depth analysis from aspects such as agricultural production,animal husbandry,employment,village collective economy,and individual business.The investigation found that there are many problems and difficulties in the economic development of Malaqin Village,such as weak agricultural and animal husbandry production conditions,insufficient employment,lagging development of village collective economy,and weak cooperation awareness among individual businesses.Propose resource allocation and transformation of production methods to address existing issues;Integrate resources and develop intensive animal husbandry;Organize manpower and transfer it in an orderly manner;Standardize operations,develop and strengthen the collective economy;Clarify rights and responsibilities,establish a cooperative mechanism between village and enterprise,and other countermeasures and suggestions.Exploring a development path suitable for Malaqin Village helps to overcome economic development challenges,strengthen collective economy,and promote the steady implementation of rural revitalization strategy.
