Research On The Implementation Effect And Improvement Of NY Branch’s Industry Finance Integration Platform

With the development of globalization,the Internet has become one of the most commonly used means of transmitting information in our society.With the rapid changes in external society,the traditional financial management model that only conducts supervision and accounting can no longer keep up with the pace of the times.In order to reduce costs and increase efficiency,enterprises can save costs,update technology,and provide more services for enterprises while still being operational,The competitiveness of enterprises has also been enhanced by transitioning to new management models.However,most enterprises currently use financial systems that are difficult to meet their own development needs.Therefore,enterprises need innovation and a "revolution".Building a more comprehensive industry finance integration platform is the key to the "revolution".This article selects large state-owned enterprises such as finance,logistics,and stamps that play an important role in the national economy-NY Branch.The competition in various businesses within the industry is very fierce.Only by innovating their own management models and enhancing industry competitiveness can they steadily improve the development of their own businesses among many enterprises.At present,the financial management of the state-owned enterprise NY branch is relatively lagging behind,with varying levels of financial personnel abilities and a large number of mobile personnel.The financial management methods are rigid and single,with low flexibility.The financial department’s participation in business management activities is low,resulting in the financial personnel of NY branch having little knowledge of business management activities and playing a limited role in predicting,managing,and assessing responsibilities.In recent years,NY Branch has been using an internal ERP financial system.This system was launched in 2016 and has not been updated,making it very difficult to meet the company’s more complex business needs.Therefore,it is imperative for NY Branch to reform its management system and the integration of industry and finance.This article is based on the background of the reform of NY branch,and uses methods such as case analysis,field research,and literature research to study the NY branch’s industry finance integration platform project.Firstly,analyze the necessity and feasibility of implementing the integrated platform of industry and finance.Based on the introduction of the basic situation of NY Company,introduce the current situation of NY Company’s implementation of the integrated platform of industry and finance.Combined with the overall operating environment and regulatory needs of the company,conduct on-site research,visits,interviews,and other methods to analyze the problems and causes of the implementation process of NY Company’s integrated platform of industry and finance.Finally,based on the theories of industry and finance integration,process reengineering and optimization,and financial sharing,specific measures and guarantees are proposed to improve NY Company’s industry and finance integration platform.The main significance of this article is that there is currently little discussion and analysis on the implementation effect of business integration platforms,and the focus of research is mostly on how to build an industry finance integration platform and the necessity of platform construction.There is a lack of research and analysis on the implementation effect after the platform is successfully created.This article takes the NY branch’s industry finance integration platform project as an example to study its implementation effect and improvement measures,which can provide more case reference for the study of the implementation effect of the industry finance integration platform.
