| With the deepening of the development of the Internet economy,the limitations of physical conditions such as time and space have been replaced by Internet technology,and the development of the traditional physical banking industry is facing unprecedented challenges and subversion.As the first village bank established in Jilin Province,RT Village Bank has achieved fruitful operating results in the past ten years.However,with the rapid rise of other village banks in the province in recent years,the development path of RT village banks has also encountered new challenges.Therefore,in the face of fierce competition,rural banks must improve their service quality to increase customer stickiness and improve customer satisfaction.The satisfaction of bank customers depends on the service quality and service level of employees,as customer-oriented front-line employees,their own satisfaction level will determine the level and effect of customer service.This paper takes RT Village Bank as an example to study the employee satisfaction improvement strategy of RT Village Bank from a two-factor perspective.Firstly,the literature and two-factor theory of employee satisfaction are sorted out,and on this basis,the logical structure of this paper is constructed.Secondly,the current situation of employee satisfaction of RT Village Bank was investigated through employee interviews,and the satisfaction influencing factors that employees were most concerned about were clarified,and they were combined with health factors and motivating factors as the source of questionnaire items.At the same time,the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were examined,and the factor dimension of the 32 questions of the questionnaire was reduced to obtain the following five dimensions: work itself,personal development,salary and benefits,working environment and bank management.In addition,the influence coefficient of 32 factor indicators on employee satisfaction is calculated by constructing a factor analysis model,and the influence degree of employee satisfaction is analyzed.It is concluded that the salary and welfare dimension has the greatest influence on employee satisfaction,and the bank management dimension has the least impact on employee satisfaction.Finally,using descriptive statistical analysis to comprehensively analyze the current situation of employee satisfaction from the aspects of health factors and motivating factors,it is found that RT Village Bank has the problems of low salary and welfare level and low employee participation in health factors,and there are serious overtime system,high employee work pressure and personal development hindered in terms of motivating factors.Combined with the interview conclusions,the results of the employee satisfaction survey of RT Village Bank are analyzed,and finally the strategy provided in this paper in terms of health care factors is to build a fair and reasonable salary and welfare system and improve employee participation.In terms of motivating factors,it is necessary to relieve employee pressure,minimize overtime,and improve the employee career planning system. |
