As an important subject in China’s financial field,securities companies play a vital role in the development of China’s financial field.With the continuous development of the national economy and the continuous improvement of the relevant systems,the competition among securities companies is becoming increasingly fierce.Especially under the promotion of artificial intelligence,Internet,big data and other emerging technologies,the network marketing model of securities companies has gradually become the core competitiveness of the company.In order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises and adapt to the higher profits brought by market changes,enterprises must constantly learn and feedback in order to adjust their own strategies.At the same time,enterprises must also flexibly respond to the changes in the industry and the macro environment,ensure the effectiveness of the strategy,and improve the performance on this basis.Therefore,for the development and construction of the company,a good performance management system and accurate performance appraisal content can help the company improve the overall operation efficiency and do a better management of various businesses and departments.In addition,through the quantification and transparent assessment of various indicators,the performance management system can also stimulate the work enthusiasm of employees,attract more excellent talents,and then help the company to improve its comprehensive competitiveness.And ultimately serves the company’s strategic goals.So,in this paper,through the analysis of HT securities company in the performance appraisal problems,combined with the company’s strategic development goals and actual development situation,establish a performance appraisal system based on the balanced scorecard,to improve the comprehensive management level in performance appraisal,and promote the smooth implementation of the company’s overall strategy.This paper takes the performance appraisal of HT Securities as the research object,combines the strategic development goals,performance management system and performance appraisal content of HT Securities Company,and constructs the performance appraisal system of HT Securities Company based on the balanced scorecard by drawing the Strategy map of HT Securities.In the process of establishing the performance appraisal system mentioned above,the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was used to calculate the weight of the constructed performance appraisal system in conjunction with key performance.At the same time,the relevant content of employee interviews was combined to further improve the performance appraisal system and provide explanations for relevant indicators.Finally,the performance evaluation system that combines company strategy and performance management using the Balanced Scorecard was tested using the company’s performance evaluation data,and the results showed that the performance evaluation system established in this article has certain practicality.In addition,during the research process,we found that some of the problems in the company’s performance evaluation are mainly reflected in the lack of scientific evaluation indicators,unclear evaluation standards,unfair evaluation results,and inaccurate evaluation data.To address these issues,this article proposes(1)to refine the process of collecting and analyzing performance evaluation data in order to reduce data errors;(2)To strengthen the performance audit system,transform the assessment results from objectivity to effectiveness,and strengthen supervision and feedback on the performance assessment results;(3)To optimize the release and appeal process of employee performance evaluation plans,an OA system is adopted for publication and recording,providing more convenient,fair,and transparent performance evaluation services for employees.
