Research On The Working Capital Management Of Enterprises Based On The Financial Sharing Model

With the rapid development of economy and science and technology,many multinational companies have emerged around the world.Branches of these MNCs are facing cross-regional operational challenges,especially in the area of working capital management.For this reason,some large enterprises have adopted information technology and business process reengineering to build a financial sharing model to achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement.Therefore,it is important to study and analyze the impact of the financial sharing model on working capital management and identify the problems that exist in it.In the current situation of tightening liquidity in the home appliance industry,Midea Group has maintained a stable working capital performance.In addition,Midea Group has been using the financial sharing model for a long time,and in light of the current industry background and data availability,this paper uses Midea Group as a case study to explore the ways in which the financial sharing model affects working capital management and the corresponding evaluation indicators.This paper adopts a combination of theoretical introduction,case study,comparative analysis,summary and inspiration to conduct the research.The first part is an introduction,which examines the background and significance of the research on working capital management of home appliance enterprises under the financial sharing model,summarises,summarises and composes the current state of research at home and abroad,and elaborates on the research methodology and research content.The second part is an introduction to the relevant theoretical foundations.It briefly explains the financial sharing model and working capital management,respectively.The third part analyses the necessity of the introduction of the financial sharing model of Midea Group and proposes to analyse the impact of financial sharing on working capital management from the perspective of process reengineering and value network.The fourth part analyses the improvement and change trends of working capital management before and after the implementation of the financial sharing model by Midea Group from the perspectives of structure,channels and elements.The fifth part addresses the specific problems found in the financial sharing model,formulates corresponding improvement measures,and summarizes the findings and insights of this paper.This paper analyzes the improvement path of enterprise working capital management from the perspective of financial sharing model,and organically combines it with factor theory and channel theory,so as to study the efficiency of working capital management within Midea Group.The research of this paper can provide both reference for Midea Group to optimize working capital management,and reference for enterprises preparing to establish financial sharing model.
