Research On The Impact Of E-Commerce Development On Sino-Russian Trade

This paper analyzes the current situation of the impact of the development of ecommerce on Sino-Russian trade,as well as its future prospects.The relevance of the work is due to the fact that with the significant rise of the digital economy,Sino-Russian crossborder e-commerce is actively developing,the volume of transactions is gradually increasing,moreover,with the rapid development of the Russian e-commerce market and with China’s political support for cross-border e-commerce,such trade has become a new model of trade and economic cooperation between China and Russia.The work covers the following range of issues: the general state of e-commerce in Russia and China,development prospects,the current situation of the impact of e-commerce on the development of Sino-Russian trade,problems of organization,types and features of the main types of e-commerce,the study of the state of trade and economic cooperation between Russia and China,as well as the main problems in e-commerce of the two countries,legal disputes,difficulties in customs clearance,problems in the system of cross-border payments,single business models,low logistics efficiency.China and Russia should promote the in-depth development of cross-border e-commerce by strengthening cooperation,standardizing the trade order,creating large logistics channels,accelerating staff training,simplifying customs clearance,supporting laws and acts that improve the SinoRussian cross-border industrial chain of e-commerce,introducing innovative and digital technologies,the creation of an e-commerce credit system to strengthen customer control will help effectively reduce the risks of enterprise management and increase the economic competitiveness of the enterprise,and can also contribute to the rapid development of ecommerce.The methodological and theoretical basis of the work was monographs and articles in periodicals of Russian and Chinese authors,information on electronic media,as well as statistical information and reports of Russian and Chinese agencies,descriptive,analytical method and content analysis are used.The practical significance of the work lies in the possibility of using its results in the development of the concept of e-commerce development,the results of the study can be taken into account by research institutes dealing with this issue.Research results: a set of recommendations for the improvement of the development of electronic commerce in Russia and China has been developed.It is important to study more deeply the features of Sino-Russian trade,its directions,ways of optimization and the impact on the economies of China and Russia.
