| The wine industry is not only an efficient agricultural comprehensive industry,but also a combination of cultural,modern,and vacation industries.Yantai is a natural brewing base located between 120 o35′-121o18′E and 37o25′-37o50′N.At present,Yantai has gathered more than 150 wine industry supporting enterprises,becoming the only full industry chain cluster in China.There are six wine companies with the largest output value in China located in Yantai,and leading enterprises such as Changyu and Great Wall have been established,providing great guarantee for employment in Yantai.Developing and strengthening the Yantai wine industry not only enhances the economic development level of Yantai,but also activates the local economic vitality.The wine industry is an important pillar of Yantai’s industry,and its future development is related to the economic level of Yantai.This article collects data on the Yantai wine industry and comprehensively analyzes the current decline in Yantai’s wine production.Mainly due to changes in national policies,foreign wine has flooded into China,occupying a considerable portion of the wine market.In addition,Xinjiang,The rise of emerging wine industries such as Ningxia has intensified competition in China’s wine market.At the same time,the author conducted a survey on prominent issues such as grape cultivation,wine brewing,and wine culture in Yantai,in order to promote the healthy development of the Yantai wine industry.This paper takes SWOT theory as the framework,Porter’s five forces theory,PEST theory,industrial cluster theory,brand management theory,and sustainable development theory as the branches,adopts the method of literature analysis and field research to investigate the current development status of Yantai’s wine industry,summarizes the internal and external environment faced by the current development of Yantai’s wine industry,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.1、The analysis pointed out that the internal advantages of Yantai wine include superior natural resources,high-quality products,well-known brands,and a complete industrial chain.The internal disadvantages include difficulty in ensuring the quality of wine raw materials,insufficient funds for industrial development,large differences in the industrial structure of wine production enterprises,and weak industrial integration and coordination mechanisms.2、 By analyzing the PEST theory,the external opportunities faced by Yantai wine include policy support from the central and local governments,rapid development of the Chinese and Yantai economies,social stability,and the cultivation and introduction of high-tech talents.According to Porter’s five forces theory,the external challenges faced by Yantai City are mainly the squeeze of other alcoholic drinks on wine,such as Baijiu,beer,yellow rice wine,and fierce competition in the same industry.3、By constructing a SWOT matrix,targeted suggestions are proposed for the company’s different development directions,mainly including adjusting grape planting models,strengthening government policy support,strengthening the production and innovation capabilities of the wine industry,talent introduction,strengthening wine brand promotion,and accelerating the diversified development of the wine industry. |
