Research For Building Yantai World Wine City

Regional economics is an application economies that studies the theories and methods of regional economic development,it is an new developing discipline that appeared in the fifties of the 20th century."Region"in regional economies is"Economic geography region"which has some certain economic characteristics and development tasks,it refers to the comprehensive region,and reflects the characteristics of region,comprehension and relatively integrality. This kind of region is an economic organism with special function,structure and type.Recent years the product and consumption of wine both are falling down, but the wine industry in China is rising up because of the construction readjustment and big market space. As one of the seven wine production golden seas, the production of wine in Yantai take in one third of the whole production in China, building the Yantai World Wine City is an urgent need for Yantai and also China.The article gives a comprehensive and objective exposition of the current development, development level, characteristics and problems of the wine industry of the world, China and even Yantai by employing the theory of regional economics, taking wine industry within the area as the object of study and combining theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis and micro analysis and macro analysis. While studying the development of the wine industry of various regions, the article focuses on analyzing the history, current situation, characteristics, development trend and problems of the wine industry and proposes specific suggestions for establishing Yantai World Wine City in view of the development of the wine industry.Based on that, the article puts forward the development strategy of Yantai World Wine City. Especially it carries out detailed investigation and study of the background, reason and process of initiating the Yantai World Wine City project, positioning of the project and benefits in Yantai and surrounding areas. The article consists of six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction and analyzes the theoretical basis of the article and background, meaning and methods of initiating the study; the second chapter studies the current situation and development trend of the wind industry worldwide; the third chapter studies the current situation and development trend of the wind industry in China; the fourth chapter studies the current situation and development trend of the wind industry in Yantai; the fifth and sixth chapter are the core of the article, discuss the process and performance of initiating the Yantai World Wine City project, characteristics and problems of the project and the cause of problems and proposes guidelines, policies, countermeasures and measures.
