| As the main body of the national real economy,breakthrough innovation in manufacturing enterprises has important strategic significance for technological catch-up and building a new development pattern.To achieve breakthrough innovation,Chinese manufacturing enterprises need to accelerate the application of digital technology,drive enterprises to identify and develop innovation opportunities,optimize the flow mechanism of innovation resources and elements,and assist enterprises in breakthrough innovation.On the other hand,it is necessary to improve the organizational learning ability of enterprises,effectively integrate and utilize internal and external knowledge,and translate it into product and technology research and development to ensure that learning activities achieve effective results.Therefore,in a complex and volatile internal and external environment,analyze the relationship between digital technology application,organizational learning,and breakthrough innovation in manufacturing enterprises,and point out the innovative driving effect of digital technology,which is conducive to the transformation and innovation of manufacturing enterprises towards intelligent digitization,creating learning organizations,stimulating breakthrough innovation in enterprises,and promoting high-quality economic development.Based on a review of relevant literature on digital technology application,organizational learning,environmental dynamics,and breakthrough innovation,and based on dynamic capability theory,knowledge based view,and technological innovation theory,organizational learning is divided into exploratory learning and exploitative learning.This paper deeply explores the relationship and impact mechanism between digital technology application,exploratory learning,exploitative learning,environmental dynamics,and breakthrough innovation in manufacturing enterprises.This study collected 345 sample data filled in by middle and senior management personnel in manufacturing enterprises through a questionnaire survey,and conducted a standardized empirical test on them.Firstly,descriptive statistics and correlation analysis were performed on the data using SPSS and AMOS software,as well as non response bias and homologous method bias tests,as well as reliability and validity tests;Secondly,on the basis that the basic analysis results meet the empirical test criteria,the research hypothesis is tested from three aspects: direct effect,intermediary effect,and regulatory effect,and the empirical results are analyzed and discussed;Finally,summarize the research conclusions and propose corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the government and enterprise levels.The research findings are as follows:(1)The application of digital technology has a significant positive impact on breakthrough innovation in manufacturing enterprises;(2)Accelerating the application of digital technology has a significant positive impact on both organizational exploratory learning and exploitative learning;(3)Both exploratory learning and utilization learning can significantly promote breakthrough innovation in manufacturing enterprises;(4)Introducing organizational exploratory learning and exploitative learning as mediators,we found that both exploratory learning and exploitative learning can play a partial mediating role in the relationship between digital technology application and breakthrough innovation;(5)Environmental dynamism plays a positive regulatory role in the relationship between digital technology application and exploratory learning and exploitative learning.The higher the environmental dynamism,the stronger the impact of digital technology application on exploratory learning,and the stronger the impact of digital technology application on exploitative learning. |
