Since entering the 21 st century,economic globalization has become a major trend of development,market competition has become increasingly brutal,and talent has subsequently become the core competitiveness of enterprises.Salary is a hub for communicating the relationship between enterprises and employees,a goal for employees to strive for,and a means for enterprises to improve their work efficiency.Only a reasonable salary system can attract excellent employees to the maximum extent,bring the value of talent into play,create more benefits for the enterprise,and improve its competitiveness.XJBY Company was established in 1933 and was acquired by a Hong Kong company in 2005.It is now a high-tech enterprise.Although the salary system reform was also carried out after the acquisition,over the years,the market has been rapidly changing,and the size of the enterprise has also been significantly different from before.The original salary system has gradually become difficult to adapt to the current development situation of the enterprise,exposing various problems.Therefore,it is urgent to develop a compensation system that reflects the characteristics of the enterprise,meets its development goals,and can keep up with the market trend.This article takes the compensation system of employees of XJBY Company as the research object,based on the overview,personnel structure,and current situation of the compensation system of XJBY Company,collects relevant data through field surveys,interviews with employees,and questionnaires.Through qualitative and quantitative analysis,job evaluation,and other methods,it studies the existing problems in the employee compensation system of XJBY Company,analyzes the reasons for their occurrence,and proposes optimization plans.Firstly,it sorts out the research results of domestic and foreign compensation systems,expounds the relevant theories of the compensation system,and lays the foundation for research;Secondly,it analyzes the existing compensation system of XJBY Company,and points out a series of problems in the compensation system of XJBY Company,such as poor fairness,insufficient incentive effect,and lack of rationality in structure,based on the satisfaction questionnaire survey results;Then,in-depth analysis of the causes of the problems,clear optimization goals,and then propose optimization design plans to optimize the employee compensation system of XJBY Company from aspects such as salary structure,basic salary,post salary,performance salary,rewards,and welfare systems,and propose corresponding supporting measures for possible obstacles in the implementation of the optimized salary system,and finally develop a new and complete salary system,It has improved the satisfaction of employees in XJBY Company,solved the problem of brain drain,and improved enterprise efficiency.Based on the research and analysis of the employee compensation system of XJBY Company,this article has formulated a compensation system that conforms to the company’s own characteristics and development strategy,improving employee satisfaction,reducing brain drain,and ensuring enterprise benefits.It not only solves the current development difficulties faced by XJBY Company,but also has learning and reference significance for similar enterprises in optimizing the design of the salary system.
