| As an important guarantee mechanism for corporate governance,internal audit plays an increasingly important role in the healthy development and efficient operation of enterprises.The soundness of internal audit is related to the quality of enterprise internal control,and is also closely related to the realization of enterprise strategic objectives.How to better exert the value of internal audit and escort corporate governance cannot be separated from the drive of a healthy and effective internal audit performance evaluation system.The research on internal audit in China started relatively late,and the evaluation and management experience of internal audit performance is not yet mature.Most enterprises’ existing performance evaluation systems are difficult to objectively and accurately measure the performance of internal audit,and lack a long-term internal audit growth promotion mechanism.This directly leads to the slow improvement of the level of internal audit work,unable to better add value to the organization,and the stagnant development of internal audit work.Therefore,establishing an effective internal audit performance evaluation system,promoting internal audit to better play its value,and ensuring the achievement of corporate strategic objectives,has far-reaching significance for the development of internal audit in domestic enterprises.This article takes BD Group as the research object,refers to the relevant research results of domestic and foreign experts and scholars,and studies the internal audit performance evaluation system of BD Group using the balanced scorecard method and concept.Firstly,understand and elaborate the relevant concepts of internal audit performance evaluation,and lay a theoretical foundation for studying the construction of BD Group’s internal audit performance evaluation system through literature study.Secondly,by analyzing the current situation of BD Group’s internal audit,we can identify the problems and reasons for its internal audit performance evaluation.Based on the organizational goals of internal audit,combined with the internal management level of BD Group,we choose the balanced scorecard as a tool to build an internal audit performance evaluation system,striving to break through the limitations of traditional evaluation methods that use financial indicators as the sole measurement indicator,achieving long-term and short-term goals The balance between qualitative indicators and quantitative indicators.Thirdly,20 evaluation indicators were extracted and set from four aspects: financial dimension,customer dimension,business process dimension,and learning and growth dimension.Expert opinions were collected through questionnaire survey,and the weight of evaluation indicators was determined using analytic hierarchy process.A balanced scorecard based internal audit performance evaluation system suitable for BD Group was constructed.Finally,the internal audit performance evaluation system is applied to the internal audit performance evaluation of BD Group.The internal audit performance indicators are evaluated and scored by the evaluators at relevant levels of BD Group,and the scores and grades of internal audit performance are output based on the indicator weights.The weaknesses of the internal audit work of BD Group are found through the analysis of the evaluation results.The shortcomings of various aspects of the internal audit of BD Group reflected in the performance evaluation are addressed,Propose improvement suggestions and measures.Through the research and practice of the internal audit performance evaluation system of BD Group,it has greatly promoted the improvement of the internal audit work level of BD Group,promoted the long-term development of the internal audit business,brought value added to the internal audit department,and ensured and promoted the realization of the strategic objectives of BD Group.At the same time,this study has also expanded the application of balanced scorecard in internal audit performance evaluation,hoping to provide some reference for similar enterprises to improve their internal audit performance system. |
