As technology advances at a rapid pace and competition in e-commerce become more intense,people are shifting from relying on traditional data acquisition methods to databased innovation,marking the arrival of a new era-the era of big data.As big data technology continues to advance,consumer needs are becoming more personalized and diverse,so e-commerce companies must adopt more effective,affordable,and measurable precision marketing strategies to better meet the needs of consumers and businesses.With the development of big data technology,it has become an important challenge for ecommerce companies to effectively implement precise marketing strategies to meet consumers’ diversified needs and improve their businesses ROI.AH,a company that integrates marketing,warehousing,logistics,and distribution of mother and baby products,has encountered problems such as the lack of effective precise marketing strategies in the development of its Tmall platform e-commerce business.This article delves into the concept and theoretical basis of precision marketing and offers some practical suggestions for AH’s precision marketing strategy.This paper uses the literature research method and qualitative analysis method to firstly researched the current situation of AH’s store,analyzed the problems in its operation,and identified the root causes of the problems;secondly,by collecting data,we analyzed the user portrait of customers,and based on these characteristics,we developed a targeted and accurate marketing plan.The study shows that AH e-commerce companies have many problems in precision marketing,such as a lack of precise market positioning,products,and promotions that do not fully consider the needs of different users,a lack of customer-centered optimization design,single channel,and a lack of effective precision marketing strategies.This paper puts forward some precise marketing strategies based on the actual situation.By positioning the target market and using other online media to obtain more data,AH companies can improve the accuracy of data and use user portraits for market segmentation;through a comprehensive analysis of market segmentation,consumer needs,and consumption behavior,pinpointing target customers and satisfying consumer needs as the core to achieve a win-win situation for both customers and companies;using a variety of strategies,including product,price channels and promotions to achieve precision marketing;AH e-commerce companies should strengthen their understanding of data sensitivity and precision marketing,improve database construction and data security measures,enhance service levels,and strengthen their corporate innovation capabilities to better serve their target customers and provide optimized suggestions for their precision marketing strategies.With the development of big data technology,precise marketing strategies can help companies get better results.
