With the increasing national income,the concept of financial consumption continues to strengthen,and a large number of potential audiences have emerged in the financial market,which has created a good space for the development of financial technology;In addition,the extensive application of information technology and the continuous deepening of online consumption scenarios also contribute to the continuous development of financial technology.The science and technology finance industry has risen in foreign countries for a long time,and foreign scholars have studied this field earlier.This not only lays a certain foundation for the theoretical research of domestic science and technology finance,but also provides a reference for the development of domestic science and technology finance industry.F Financial Technology Company,founded in 2010,is a bank data technology company driven by bank data and with real estate financial risk management services as the core.At this stage,the integration between technology and finance is increasingly close.The original marketing strategy has not adapted to the rising bank demand and changes in the real estate market at this stage,so it complies with the trend of the times,Formulate precision marketing strategies by means of big data.This thesis adopts the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,case analysis and PEST analysis tools to analyze the macro environment of F Company in formulating marketing development strategies.It deeply discusses and analyzes the reasons for the poor marketing effect and low conversion rate of F Financial Technology Company at present,focusing on the type and characteristics of F Financial Technology Company’s marketing methods to find the root of the problem,Find the root cause of the company’s marketing strategy problems.On this basis,the questionnaire survey method and interview method were used to analyze the reasons for the customers of F Company.Focusing on the operation and marketing strategy of F Financial Technology Company,combined with the rationality of the "4P" marketing group,the author proposed the relevant strategies for precision marketing in four aspects: product,price,channel and promotion,and put forward scientific and reasonable opinions and suggestions.At the same time,the author also developed safeguard measures for the implementation of the marketing strategy.Improve the comprehensive marketing ability of F Company and help its scientific development.The research found that,first,the implementation of precision marketing is an inevitable requirement of the new era.Enterprises need to better understand the target audience,integrate media channels,and achieve more accurate marketing.Only by establishing a scientific,effective and applicable precision marketing system can we keep up with the development trend and ensure the implementation effect of marketing strategies.Second,after defining the precise marketing strategy objectives and market positioning of F Financial Technology Company,it proposed specific precise marketing strategies.First,we subdivide customers based on the RFM model,build accurate customer portraits and online databases through data,and then,according to the 4P theory,enrich products to accurately match customer needs,develop reasonable pricing strategies,create "online+offline" channels to accurately push,and build diversified promotion strategies under the Internet.Finally,the corresponding safeguard measures are put forward from the aspects of technology,organization and talents.Third,looking at the development trend of the Internet financial technology market,the strength and license of financial technology will be the competitive advantage and key factor of financial technology enterprises.
