| With the reform and opening up as well as the development of socialist market economy,China’s economy,culture,politics and society have all been improved at a faster pace,and the living standard of farmers has been improved substantially.Although the living standards of farmers have improved significantly,the gap between urban and rural development is still wide,and consolidating and expanding the results of poverty eradication is still an urgent problem to be solved.At present,China’s agricultural insurance is still facing a series of problems in achieving precise poverty alleviation,and the promotion of agricultural insurance is an important way to promote agricultural insurance to alleviate poverty and a major measure to promote China’s agricultural insurance to alleviate poverty.Therefore,we conduct an in-depth analysis of the implementation status of agricultural insurance protection for poverty alleviation and put forward protection suggestions.This paper is based on the nationwide choice of the status of implementation of agricultural insurance to alleviate poverty.By selecting the residents of Renfeng Township,Jiyang District,Jinan City as the representative research object,we conducted questionnaire surveys on the age,employment,family income source,pension and medical care of local farmers,and the attitude of farming insurance,respectively.Through the questionnaires and visits to the research,we grasp accurate data on the problems of poor farmers,understand the real thoughts of farmers in the communication,and provide firsthand information for the study of the problem.The main contents of this survey and research the current situation of farmers’life and production in Renfeng Township,Jiyang District,Jinan City and the existing poverty alleviation and protection measures;the status and role of agricultural insurance in farmers’production and life,and the living and production conditions and economic income levels of farmers in Renfeng Township,Jiyang District,Jinan City,as well as the current mode and implementation status of agricultural insurance to alleviate poverty.Toinvestigate the role of agricultural insurance in the development of Renfeng Township,Jiyang District,Jinan City,by comparing the living and production conditions and economic income levels of farmers in Renfeng Township,Jiyang District,Jinan City,before and after the implementation of agricultural insurance to alleviate poverty,and to identify the problems in the implementation of agricultural insurance to alleviate poverty,analyze the reasons for them,and give suggestions.After the investigation and research,the following conclusions are drawn:At present,the problems in the implementation of agricultural insurance for poverty alleviation in Renfeng Town,Jiyang District,Jinan City are poor risk awareness among farmers,unreasonable insurance product design,lack of science as well as rigor in claim settlement,lack of professional insurance team for poverty alleviation,inaccurate positioning of poverty alleviation targets,and the government’s failure to play a supervisory function.To address the problems,scientific and targeted countermeasures are proposed: promoting agricultural insurance policies,enhancing farmers’ insurance awareness,innovating agricultural insurance product design,scientifically standardizing claims management,optimizing insurance poverty alleviation teams,optimizing poverty alleviation linkage mechanisms,improving financial and taxation support policies,and strengthening the accuracy of legal protection. |
