A Research On The Effectiveness And Difficulties Of "One-Piece Five-Batch" Poverty Alleviation In M District Of S City,Sichuan Province In The Implementation Of Precision Poverty Alleviation

Poverty is an important factor restricting human development,and it is a difficult problem for all countries that can not be ignored.Poverty is an important constraint to improve people’s livelihood and an important hidden danger to stimulate social contradictions.How to solve the problem of poverty accurately and on time will play an important role in China’s comprehensive entry into a well-off society in 2020。Through household investigation,case study and data analysis in the process of precise poverty alleviation in Area M,this paper carefully analyses the current situation and achievements of the implementation of the "One-Piece Five-batch" measures,clarifies the dilemma of the "One-Piece Five-batch" in the process of precise poverty alleviation,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on this basis。This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the background and significance of the research on precise poverty alleviation measures in Area M,the related research status and trends at home and abroad,the research methods of this topic,the possible innovations and shortcomings of this topic.The second chapter is about the definition of key concepts and related theoretical basis.Relevant concepts define what is poverty and the criteria for demarcating poverty line and "One-Piece Five-batch".The theoretical basis includes the theory of social refinement and the thought of poverty alleviation in China.Chapter III elaborates on the implementation status and achievements of "One-Piece Five-batch" in precise poverty alleviation from five aspects in combination with regional conditions.Chapter IV analyses the implementation status and achievements of "One-Piece Five-batch" in M District.There are difficulties in the implementation of precise poverty alleviation.In the fifth chapter,according to the investigation and analysis,from the aspects of high starting point planning and innovative ways,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to better land and implement the "One-Piece Five-batch" of precise poverty alleviation in M District in the future.
