Research On The Development Mode Of Integration Of Three Industries In Tianjin Vegetable Industry

As one of the pillar industries of planting industry in Tianjin,vegetable industry is of great significance to promote the integrated development of its three industries,which is driving to increase farmers’ income,promote industrial efficiency and build a modern urban agricultural industrial system.At the present stage,Tianjin’s vegetable industry has achieved certain results in the integration of three industries,but the degree of industrial integration has not reached the effective expectations,and has not been able to give full play to the multi-functional urban agriculture and industrial location advantages.Therefore,on the basis of urban agriculture theory,agricultural multi-function theory,industrial organization theory and other theories,combined with research methods such as literature research,questionnaire survey and case analysis,this study explores and optimizes the three-industry integration development model based on the vegetable industry,with a view to providing reference for relevant departments to make decisions.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:1.Analysis of the necessity and basic conditions for the integration of three industries in Tianjin’s vegetable industry.From the aspects of improving the comparative advantages of vegetable production,meeting the diversified consumption needs of residents,and improving the value chain of vegetable industry,the necessity of the integration of three industries in vegetable industry is discussed;The basic conditions for the integrated development of the three industries in the vegetable industry are sorted out from four aspects,namely,the planting industry of the first industry,the processing industry of the second industry,the service industry of the third industry and the development of new business entities.2.Analysis of the current situation of the integration of three industries in Tianjin’s vegetable industry.From the four aspects of production and operation subjects,main business items,mode adoption and achievements,the current situation of integration and development is sorted and summarized.The specific performance is as follows: the new business entity becomes the main force of integrated development;The integrated development and operation projects are constantly enriched,and the picking activities rank first;There are various modes of integrated development,of which multi-function expansion and industrial chain extension are the main development modes;The results of integration and development are diverse,which are manifested in broadening and transforming vegetable sales channels,promoting agricultural income and improving the quality of vegetable products.3.Analysis of the main mode of integration of three industries in Tianjin vegetable industry.Select four typical models of the integration of three industries in Tianjin’s vegetable industry: "vegetables+culture and tourism" multi-function expansion model,technology penetration model,forward industrial chain extension model,and planting and breeding plus circulation integration model,and analyze from three aspects of model connotation,model characteristics,and model practice.The model practice part is through the selection of Hangu Yongfeng Farm,Jincang Internet Technology Co.,Ltd.,Xinkou Town Dadu Village The four typical cases of Minsheng breeding and breeding cooperatives are analyzed to grasp the specific operation mechanism of each model.4.The shortcomings and problems existing in the integration mode of the vegetable industry in Tianjin.On the basis of the main pattern analysis,to explore the shortcomings of each model,and summarizes the Tianjin vegetable industry tertiary fusion problems existing in the development of five aspects: one is the homogeneity problem is prominent,the second is insufficient vegetable processing enterprises and products development,three is scarce industrial integration resources,four is farmers subjectivity role is not outstanding,five is poor benefit coupling mechanism.5.Innovation and optimization of the integration mode of vegetable industry in Tianjin.In view of the shortcomings of the four typical modes,the innovation and optimization measures are put forward.We will build the "vegetable + X" function expansion model,improve the development technology penetration model,build the integrated development model of the whole industrial chain,and innovate the "internal organic cycle + N" integrated development model.Combined with the development plan of Tianjin vegetable industry,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the development.First,to excavate the local resource characteristics,to cultivate and develop various forms of integrated development modes;second,to expand the leading enterprises and vigorously develop the deep processing of vegetables;third,to strengthen government policy support and guarantee the input of resource elements;fourth,to actively guide and train and give play to the initiative of farmers;fifth,to establish and improve the benefit connection mechanism and develop various profit distribution methods.
