After the 19 th National Congress of the CPC,the CPC Central Committee required to vigorously develop small and micro enterprises,especially focus on the development of inclusive finance.At the same time,the reform of market interest rate transformed the reference standard of loan interest rate from the benchmark interest rate priced by the People’s Bank of China to the market LPR pricing interest rate standard.The outbreak of the Covid-19 epidemic from the beginning of 2020 further aggravated the operation difficulty of small and micro enterprises.Meanwhile,it also forced the financial industry,especially the banking industry,to carry out reform and innovation,increase the development and process of online financial products,and accelerate the transformation of banks at a great pace.As the market competition of the banking industry becomes more and more encouraging,the market competition is also the competition for talents.Only the enterprises that can retain talents can stay in a constant position in the market competition and development.The small and micro customer managers of banks are the sharpest "sword" in the development of small and micro businesses.How to strengthen the stability of the team of small and micro customer managers and reduce the loss of talents is the guarantee of the sustainable and stable development of small and micro businesses of banks.N Bank was established on February 8,1996.It is a city commercial bank composed of state-owned shares,Chinese-funded legal person shares,foreign shares and natural person shares.N bank since 2006 to set up small business finance,has always been to "build first-class comprehensive financial service providers in China’s small and medium-sized Banks" as the strategic vision,consistently and stronger to do fine making characteristic road of development,in a professional,dedicated,specialized in small micro enterprise development concept,sustainable development will be small micro enterprise business as a whole strategic goals.By the end of December 2020,the loan scale of N Bank for small businesses has exceeded 200 billion yuan,the number of small and micro customers is close to 19,000,and there are about 580 small and micro customer managers.With the continuous development of N Bank’s small and micro business,the number of small and micro customer managers is also increasing.However,the stability of small and micro account managers is not high,and the average number of working years is low.Through understanding,it is found that there are some problems to be solved in the assessment system of small and micro account managers.Due to the imperfection of the assessment system,it will greatly stifle the work enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the small and micro account managers,and affect the work attitude of the small and micro account managers,resulting in the high turnover rate of the small and micro account managers,and the team construction of the small and micro account managers can not be stable.In N bank of small customer manager’s performance,for example,small micro account manager at present,the level of distribution,business performance,average age,this article analyzes the in and out of the personnel,find out the problems existing in the small customer manager appraisal,combined with the characteristics of small business loans,reasonable optimization improvement.By combining N Bank’s strategic objectives and the job responsibilities and contents of small and micro account managers,specific assessment and scoring indicators are formulated.According to the current working status of small and micro account managers,the assessment results before and after optimization are compared and referenced,so as to demonstrate that the optimized assessment system is more in line with the current development status of small and micro business of N Bank.Finally provide safeguard,in addition to the optimization of small micro account manager evaluation system,but also increase the micro account manager team building itself small,play small customer manager’s subjective initiative,increasing business product innovation and update at the same time,to make the N bank of small business in the fierce market competition to maintain healthy and stable development.
