| In recent years,with the improvement of living standards and the increase of per capita disposable income,people are no longer satisfied with simple food and clothing,and more and more people begin to focus on their own health;At the same time,China has also issued many policies on the pharmaceutical industry.On the other hand,the pharmaceutical industry has played a decisive role after the outbreak of the COVID-19 in 2020.In this context,the pharmaceutical industry has accelerated its upgrading in the changing situation.In order to meet the national policies,improve the level of social services and strengthen its competitiveness,it has begun to continuously optimize the industrial structure.Through mergers and acquisitions and other measures to extend the industrial chain,the layout covers the whole industrial chain model of raw materials,research and development,production,circulation and sales,forming a new trend in the development of the pharmaceutical industry.This paper selects FS company as a case company.Since its establishment,FS company has been focusing on the pharmaceutical and health industry.Since the major strategic restructuring of FS company in2013,through a series of channels,focusing on investment and construction,enterprise mergers and acquisitions,and strategic cooperation,FS company has basically achieved the overall industrial chain layout covering raw materials,research and development,production,circulation and terminals.After years of development,the scale and benefits have continued to expand,forming a layout of the entire industry chain including four business segments,namely,"Big South Medicine,Big Health,Big Business and Big Medical".This paper takes the performance evaluation of the whole industrial chain model of FS company as the main research content.First,it introduces the background,significance,research status at home and abroad,research content and methods of the topic;Secondly,the related concepts and theories of the whole industry chain,performance evaluation and balanced scorecard;Once again,through case analysis of FS company,the performance of FS company will be comprehensively and accurately measured with reasonable performance evaluation methods,and the balanced scorecard system will be introduced.At the same time,on the basis of the original four dimensions,the "social responsibility" dimension will be added to form a five-dimension balanced scorecard,including finance,for a more comprehensive performance evaluation;Finally,reasonable suggestions are put forward for FS Group to further improve its performance.Through the study of this case,it is concluded that FS Group has improved its financial performance and non-financial performance through the layout of the whole industry chain model,but there are also certain problems in the development,such as: slow development of profitability,cost and expense control to be improved,and personnel composition to be optimized.In this regard,this paper puts forward optimization suggestions from the aspects of optimal allocation of resources,strengthening cost management,strengthening the construction of talent team and improving innovation ability.Although it has been hit by the new crown epidemic in the past two years,FS Group still has good development prospects and market competitiveness.It is hoped that the study of this case can also provide suggestions for other enterprises trying to lay out the whole industry chain model. |
