With the arrival of the information and the knowledge economy era, the competition of the enterprise is intense with each passing day, the enterprise management mode, management idea are changing. How to improve and optimize the performance management system, scientific use of performance assessment tools, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, promote the achievement of strategic objectives, has become a variety of enterprises problems to be solved urgently. The Balanced Scorecard as a performance appraisal tool, but also a tool for strategic management, the traditional financial indicators based evaluation system was improved, from financial, customers, internal business process, learning and growth in four aspects index mutual driving causality to the implementation of performance management, to show the organization strategy trajectory, so as to realize the strategic target. The Balanced Scorecard has formed a theoretical system, in view of the Chinese enterprise is very feasible and effective, and is now beginning to Chinese enterprises to promote the implementation, its advantage in the modern enterprise has a certain application development.In the enterprise performance evaluation of the Balanced Scorecard application is to solve the problem of a kind of active exploration and attempt, is with the increased competition in the context of strengthening enterprise own strategic management ability effective way.This paper use the Balanced Scorecard and enterprise performance evaluation theory, to explore the BSC as a performance assessment tool is feasible.Tthe Balanced Scorecard implementation there is no fixed pattern. Different enterprises because of management, staff quality, enterprise culture is different, the specific implementation methods are not the same. To successfully use the Balanced Scorecard to carry out performance assessment, we must combine actual. This paper will use the integrated analysis to analyze problems, in order to Leshan Yongxiang silicon industry limited company as an example, the analysis of traditional performance evaluation problems and Leshan Yongxiang silicon industry limited company’s actual situation, discusses how to scientific use in the enterprise performance management management theories and tools, and actively communicate up and down, exchange, in the actual business of reasonable use index, dimension effectively set the BSC. And the empirical analysis method proposed in Leshan Yongxiang silicon industry limited company to build a balanced scorecard performance evaluation system, and its feasibility and the expected target analysis and prediction.
