| Agricultural industrial parks have become an important carrier to promote the revitalization of rural industries and cultivate new momentum for rural economic development in the new era,and it is of great practical significance to study the interest linkage effect of agricultural industrial parks and farmers,analyze how to better realize the interest linkage effect to promote the organic connection between small farmers and modern agricultural development.Based on the perspective of factors,this paper analyzes the intrinsic mechanism of the connection between the interests of agricultural industrial parks and farmers.Field investigation was conducted on the actual situation of different forms of interest linkage between modern agricultural industrial parks and farmers’ production factors and the degree of income increase in the three countries in Tianjin,and the current situation of the interest linkage effect between agricultural industrial parks and farmers based on farmers’ production factors was studied.Empirical analysis of the influencing factors affecting the realization of the comprehensive effect of interest linkage and analysis of the causes;The modern agricultural industrial park in Jinshan District,Shanghai was selected as a case study for comparison and reference,and countermeasures and suggestions were put forward for the problem.Through theoretical analysis,starting from the idea of establishment and the origin of interest connection formation of Tianjin National Modern Agricultural Industrial Park,the internal mechanism of agricultural industrial park based on the production factors of farmers and the interest connection of farmers is analyzed,and a theoretical analysis model is constructed.Based on the data of 683 research samples of the linkage effect between modern agricultural industrial parks and farmers’ interests in three countries in Tianjin,sequential logistic regression was adopted from the perspective of farmers’ production factor input an empirical analysis of six factor-based interest linkage effects is carried out.According to the sequential logistic regression model,three conclusions are drawn: the interest linkage effect is mainly based on the connection of land and labor factors;The benefit linkage effect of idle assets is beginning to appear;The benefit linkage effect of idle funds has not yet been realized.Combined with the above conclusions,the comprehensive effect of the interest association between modern agricultural industrial parks and farmers in three countries in Tianjin was empirically analyzed,and 588 sample data of farmers’ income increase were screened,and the sequential logistic regression model was used to further explore the impact of interest linkage synthesis Influencing factors for effect realization.It is concluded that the time of entering the park,the number of interest connections,the employment provided by enterprises,the increase of land circulation rent by enterprises,the provision of industrial integration services by cooperatives and the extension of industrial chain,the quality of contractual agreements,the leading industry of the park,the professional training provided by the park,and the risk degree of the farmer after entering the park can significantly promote the realization of the comprehensive effect of interest linkage.Based on the results of empirical analysis,from the perspective of farmers’ production factors,it is found that the main problems in the realization of the comprehensive effect of interest linkage between agricultural industrial parks and farmers are found to be that the development level of the tertiary industry in the planning and layout of the industrial park is not high,it is difficult for the idle assets and idle funds of farmers to exert the interest linkage effect,and the form of interest linkage between farmers’ land and labor factors is relatively single.In view of the existing problems,the Jinshan District Modern Agricultural Industrial Park in Shanghai was selected as a case study,compared and referenced,and proposed that the Tianjin National Modern Agricultural Industrial Park should strengthen the connection between new business entities to achieve multiple interest linkage effects.Vigorously promote the integration of agriculture and tourism,revitalize the idle asset resources of farmers;Explore land system reform,stimulate idle capital investment by rural households,and better realize the comprehensive effect of interest linkage based on production factors. |
