In recent years,problems such as the difficult development of the banking industry and high operating pressure have continued to intensify,resulting in a serious loss of employees.Many employees have not been able to adapt to the pressure of bank work for a long time.As the core resource of bank management,employees are also one of the important elements of competition between banks.How to attract,retain and use talents has become the focus of human resources in various financial institutions.With the deepening of the degree of staff turnover,how to effectively manage the staff of commercial banks and prevent the loss of staff has become an urgent problem for banks to solve.In this paper,BJ Bank NJ sub-behavior research object,the reasons for the loss of its employees in-depth analysis,comprehensive use of literature analysis,questionnaire survey,data analysis,comparative analysis,charts.Combined with the relevant theoretical basis of staff turnover,the actual investigation of the causes of staff turnover in the NJ branch of BJ Bank,the combination of theory and practice,put forward the countermeasures to deal with the staff turnover in the NJ branch of BJ bank.Through the investigation and data analysis of the staff turnover of BJ Bank NJ branch in recent five years,it is found that the main reasons for the high staff turnover rate of BJ Bank NJ branch lie in the operation difficulties in other places,unclear promotion channels,unreasonable salary distribution,unclear corporate culture guidance,unreasonable recruitment system and so on.The lack of attention to employees results in low recognition of the bank,low work enthusiasm,low work efficiency and frequent turnover.In the later stage,measures such as broadening promotion channel mechanism,improving performance appraisal and salary and welfare system,strengthening corporate culture construction,strengthening regional coordination to promote business development,improving training system and recruitment system are taken to improve the high turnover rate of staff in NJ branch of BJ bank.Through the corresponding improvement measures,we can guide and improve the staff turnover management of NJ branch of BJ bank,finally realize the healthy and stable development of NJ branch of BJ bank.
