In recent years, with the intensification of the financial industry competition, facing the management way transformation of joint-stock, commercial Banks bear the unprecedented challenge and pressure. Employees, as important resources in the banking sector, play an increasingly important role in the enterprise's sustainable development. In the highly developed financial market, the normal range of employee turnover can make fully use of human resources. The influx of foreign Banks and an increase in the number of local trade, however, making the frequent flow of staff possible. Some commercial Banks are experiencing serious staff turnover.Founded in 2004, Industrial bank is facing with such a problem. By the end of 2015, the bank in Henan province has more than 1000 employees, but between 2014 and 2015, a total of nearly 200 employees left the company. The problem has caused the attention of the leadership of the headquarters; the headquarters of several related department come to prevent the situation continues to deteriorate. In this paper, based on the personnel loss situation of the bank, the writer takes the form of questionnaire survey to explore the reasons of the loss of a large number of employees, and take this opportunity to put forward countermeasures for solutions of the problem of staff turnover. The text is divided into five chapters: Introduction, Staff turnover situation, Job satisfaction survey and analysis of the causes, Countermeasures of staff turnover and Conclusion. Induction of the literature and research methods of questionnaire survey method, through analyzing lost staff personnel structure, choose appropriate investigation objects among Industrial bank, and at the same time of questionnaires, supplemented by appropriate interview. Through the analysis of the results of the survey and interview results, this paper puts forward the problems existing in the human management of Industrial bank: the personnel is not enough, the compensation mechanism is not sound, enterprise culture are missing, career planning is not clear, performance appraisal is not reasonable, and the impact of external factors. The paper points out the reasons of the problem and put forward corresponding solutions on the basis of strategy, namely: Through recruitment and reasonable distribution to realize allocation of human resources. Through broaden the channels and build system to strengthen the incentive compensation. Through training design and promotion improving to strengthen career planning. Rely on the improvement plan and perfect the mechanism to implement the performance incentive. Relying on the optimization of environment, strengthen the concern and improve leadership skills to strengthen enterprise culture construction.The domestic and foreign scholars have made a lot of research from different angles on questions about the staff turnover, and formed the relevant conclusions. Combined with the specific situation of Industrial bank, the paper deeply analyze the problems existing in the human resources management, and put forward the corresponding countermeasure to solve the problem of loss of Industrial bank employees, make contributions to ensure Industrial bank smoothly working.
